Today (8th march 2019 at 6:50 pm) i made a payment for my nptel online examination via billdesk. Amount has been debited from my bank account but not paid to nptel. So please refund my money. I tried paying the fees for the examination online through upi method for my friend. The amount for the same being 1000/- got debited from my account. However, nptel shows the payment to be still pending. So i tried another payment which was successful. i would like to know by when the refund would be generated and by when will it be reflected in my bank account. Requesting for the same at the earliest.
