I received the refund after a week.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 13th jan 2019, i did RBL credit card payment Amt Rs.3, 800/- in HDFC netbanking through Bill desk, the amt was debited from my account. But yet that amt was not credited in credit card payment.so I kindly request you to do the needful as soon as possible..

    I was made the online payment of dominos merchant website on 16th january 2019 night through the paytm wallet. Payment was debited from paytm wallet & after that dominos merchant site payment failed again i made order with cod. I talked to paytm customer care. They told me this is not possible at our end. Talk to merchant. Already talked to merchant, he will deny. Said your order was cod. Where is my money??

    Please look into this issue. I shared screenshot with this mail.

      I have made a transection through my paytm wallet to kfc but the order was failed, i talked to paytm customer care but they said order was successful. They asked me to contact billdesk for resolution.

      I have already mailed the issue to [protected]@billdesk.com but got no response.

        I have done a payment to lic for the quarter installment through billdesk payment gateway on the date 08/01/2019 at 14:30:16, the amount of rs.8, 457.10/- was deducted from my saving bank account[protected], canara bank, vijaya nagar, bangalore)), but the payment neither received by lic nor refunded to my account till date, after this failed transaction next 2 transaction was successful. I have personally visited canara bank office and got reply that amount credited from bank side.
        So kindly look into the matter and refund this amount in my saving bank account as early as possible.

            I have made a transaction on 15th and 16th jan 2019 for college transcripts. I need them at the earliest. However both the transaction have failed but money was deducted from my icici bank account

            Not sure how to get the refund of the amount, neither bill-desk nor jntuh are responding for my queries.

            Such irresponsible vendors and merchants. Not sure why are they not sued for such transactions or hold for money for such lengthy duration. I wish our consumer court was more sensitive to such matters. : (

            I have booked pizza today from dominos website but unfortunately my moneyRs.470 was deducted from my paytm wallet but order was not booked .Below is details of payment deducted. I want my refund please look into this matter at the earliest and refund as soon as possible.

              My name is jasvinder singh kalsi. I have made the payment of my standard charted credit card loan account ([protected]) of rs. 6, 000/- from boi netbanking through billdesk on 11/01/2019. The amount was debited from boi account but not updated in standard charted credit card loan account. I had words with scs credit card customer care regarding payment on 14/01/2019 but they told me that the payment has not received yet. I am trying to call billdesk helpline number again and again but nobody is responding. I am very disappointed with billdesk customer service. I will never use billdesk service in future. Please update my money status.

                Regarding insurance renewal of my bike.

                I had made payment to billdeskutil order id #ppt[protected] was successful and paytm wallet isdeducted rs.1020. But service provider coverfox send me mail as there was some problem with the transaction. You know how technology misbehaves sometimes. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

                        I have made the payment of my rbl credit card.. As from rbl app payment mode will be shown to make payment is rbl internet banking and bill disk so i have selected bill disk and from icici internet banking via bill disk i have made the payment of rupees 21, 728.69 on 11 jan 2018 but the payment has shown successful and the amount has been debited from my icici bank account but the payment has not happened to rbl credit card when i spoken to the rbl credit card support they said we have not received the payment

                          I have made an online payment transaction towards kolhapur municipal corporation property tax on 28 dec 2018.
                          The amount was rs 125/-
                          My first transaction was failed so immediately i tried again & succeeded.

                          My icici bank statement shows following details_

                          Rs 125/- debited but got a failure notice.
                          Hence i tried one more transaction, the details are_

                          This one was successful & i got the receipt.

                          I am yet to get back my failed transaction amount refund.

                            I have paid lic premium on policy:[protected] amount twice through bill desk and lic refunded me rs 5798.60 as part of lic premium on policy:[protected] on jan 2nd 2019. Reason is "due already adjusted".

                            I have received refund email from lic on jan 2nd 2019.

                            But still i didn't received refund from bill desk. Please let me know the status?

                            How many days it will take to refund the money from bill desk?

                              The amount of 34000/- was deducted from my savings account but is still not visible in credit card payment even after 3 months. The transaction was done on 31-oct-2018. The transaction status is success but the money is not visible in credit card payment and the total due is just getting carry forward due to this. Please check and refund at earliest.                                 I have made a payment on line through billdesk to wbsedcl via phonepay vide transaction id c1901051016415993499302 but billdesk neither made any confirmation to me nor the bill is paid in time & even till now.                                     On 11/12/2018 I've made a bill payment OF BSNL of Rs. 703.00 though the mentioned amount got deducted from my bank account but according to them till date neither the payment has not been received at their end nor the money has been refunded to my account. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis. Kindly find the attachment of bank statement attached herewith.
