I filled my exam form through billdesk & money got deducted from paytm wallet but exam form still shows as payment unsuccessful, kindly help fast asap as my exam form last date is today ....

Amount of rs.2000 for cat 2020 application deducted from bank account but it's showing payment failed on the application form. I raised the query with cat 2020 help desk but it has already been 72 hours and yet the payment confirmation was not provided and refund was also not provided. Please help.

I was paying the application fee of rs.2000 for cat 2020. I scanned the qr code from billdesk upi and paid using phonepe, my idbi bank account got debited (Reference number[protected] but it's showing payment failed on the application form. Requesting an immediate refund. Please resolve as soon as possible....

I have made a payment via upi bill desk for my cat application fee of ₹2000 and payment is successful and money deducted from my end but application form was not submitted as it is showing payment failed. Will i get refund or you would transfer the amount to them. The application window is gonna end 05:00 pm 16 sep 2020. Help it's very urgent....

Sir, on 12th september around11 pm, i did the payment and a new page opened with the message "approved successfully"but below that message it is written that "your form could not be uploaded" but the money has been deducted from my account and still there is no confirmation message received from your side... I am shivendra pandey an aspirant of cat 2020, i have made payment after fill the application form on 8th of september via upi and the amount of rs.2000 was deducted from my account and status was showing failed and i have registered my complaint at the helpdesk on the website itself and they told me to wait for 48 to 72 hrs to get refund and i was waiting but till now no action is taken against my complaint and the end date is so close....

Please resolve the issue as the deadline for the application date for the cat form is 16/09/20....

The money got cut for cat registration, i had used upi for the payment (Gpay) but the application form didn't get through. Request you to refund 2000 rupees....

While submitting the CAT 2020 form, the transaction was successful, but the form was not submitted. I resubmitted the form with a new transaction. The form was submitted then. However, the money was deducted twice from my account.
Kindly look into the matter and refund the money as early as possible.

I was doing the cat 2020 form on 9th September. 2000rs was deducted from my SBI bank account but didn't reached the concerned administrator's account. I have done my payment through phonepe. There the status shown is successful payment.

Sir, i've made my property tax payment through your bill desk app amount is 1055/-.. Money has been deducted upi i'd[protected] but it's still showing unpaid in my property tax bill... Your customer care no/toll free no are not useful some were not getting connected & others not even answering calls... Very pathetic service.. I want my money to be refunded in my a/c.. Very bad service i hv ever seen......

I had to pay the amount twice to cat because the first time i scanned the qr code then the payment was sucessful but the form submission failed,
2 nd time was sucessful because i had entered the upi i'd manually

Please refund my amount asap
