I payed the application fee of rs.2000 for cat 2020. I scanned the qr code from billdesk upi and paid using bhim sbipay, my sbi account got debited (Reference no.[protected] but application form was not submitted. Requesting an immediate refund. Please resolve as soon as possible.

    Amount of rs.2000 for cat 2020 application deducted from bank account but it's showing payment failed on the application form. I raised the query with cat 2020 help desk but it has already been 72 hours and yet the payment confirmation was not provided and refund was also not provided. Please help.

      I paid the cat registration fee through upi which shows the amount has been successfully paid and delivered from my account but my application shows payment failed. Please respond because the deadline is 16 september.

          Money got deducted on 14sep 2020 at 19:57. I paid through bhim upi to [protected]@sbi.
          Transaction id id:shd[protected]. The payment was successful but the website said, my application form couldn't be submitted., it also showed error code : eferr016.
          And the webisite says as the payment failed i have to pay again.
          Itried calling and mailing you guys. No one answers.
          Please improve your customer support or i am never gonna use your gateway.

            I had applied for cat exam amount deducted from my account but the transaction was failure. I request billdesk to solve this issue as soon as possible students are getting much depression because of this.

              I paid amount of rs. 2000 for cat application form submission through google pay upi on 8th september. The amount was debited from my bank account and transaction status on the upi app was shown successful, however, my application was not submitted citing that the transaction was not successful.
              I mailed to billdesk support, they stated that the money has been sent to merchant account, but the status of my cat application form is not yet updated to payment successful. I also mailed to cat helpdesk, they asked for some details which i mailed to them, but still my form status is not updated. Its been nearly 7 days. Please look into this issue asap as the deadline for form submission is 16 september 2020

                  Respected sir/madam,

                  Yesterday (Dated[protected] i was trying to fill my iimcat 2020 application form. I made a upi payment for the same which was unsuccessful but an amount of ₹1000 was deducted from my bank account. Later on i had to make a fresh transaction again by another payment gateway in order to complete my application form.

                  Particulars of the payment which was unsuccessful are as followed:

                    I tried paying my cat20 application fees through bhim upi. I got the confirmation message of successful payment to [protected]@hdfcbank and the amount got deducted from my bank account as well. But the payment status on iim portal is f and my form did not get submitted. I just have about 24hrs to the submission deadline. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest possible and help me out.

                      Hello sir,
                      Yesterday i made a payment to cat2020 through the bhim upi app. My transition id is[protected]. Money got deducted from my account and showed success in my bhim upi app but in my cat2020 website it is showing payment failed. Then again today i made payment to them through a card and now it's successful. Kindly refund my first payment of 2000. Resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

                        I had made the payment for cat exam 2020 through billdesk on 11th september, by scanning qr for upi. The payment was successful in the upi app (Google pay) but it was not successful in the iim cat form and the amount was debited from my bank account. I had sent a mail to billdesk immediately and there is no response from their part. I have been waiting for the past 3 days and non of their helpline no is working. I had raised a quiery ticket, i had called the cat helpline and it is busy throughout the day. However i completed the cat registration through a debit card payment. The refund amount of the first payment has not been initiated yet.

                                I chose billdesk option to pay while completing cat 2020 registration, selected upi under billdesk, scanned the qr code through paytm app and paid through my kotak account, the amount of 2000 rs was deducted from my account but the registrtion page showed error and therefore was not completed.
                                Please let me know how and when will i get my refund, it is not a small sum of money. Please refund as soon as possible.

                                  I have made a payment for my cat 2020 application through billdesk using phonepe upi on 11th of september 2020. Money got deducted from my bank account but it's not reflecting on my cat application. Even after waiting for 72 hours as suggested by cat helpdesk
                                  It's still not reflecting on my application. As the deadline for applications submission is 16th september 2020 if the issue is not resolved my whole preparation of last 2 years will be wasted. Please help me in resolving this issue. I have already mailed this issue to billdesk @ [protected]@billdesk.com.

                                    On september 11 (Friday), i paid cat 2020 application fee of rs 2000 and the amount got debited from the bank account. But the payment status in the application form has been showing 'f' since then and it has been over 64 hours. I would like to know whether it will be successful soon or refund will be initiated and i'll have to pay again since the deadline is on september 16th (Wednesday).

                                      I have submitted my payment of my cat 2020 form by scanning the qr code upi and paid the amount of ₹2000.
