NPS Contribution Transaction Failed
Amount not credited in nps account
I made the contribution to my NPS account on 21 Dec 2022. The amount got deducted from my bank account, but it was not credited to NPS account.

    Hi on 20 december 2022 I have made one transaction through Bill desk and paid 16000 to NPS account from SBI net banking through Bill desk. My money got deducted from SBI and i have not got any conformation through Bill desk. I have attached transaction detail photo for reference. Do needful for solution.

      To whomsoever it may concern, I Chaudhari Sachin Ratilal made payment to UGVCL for bill payment of Rs. 777.23 on dated 19/12/2022 but due to error payment not done and page appears error and also my money(Rs 777.23) is debited from my account. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Refer attached photos.

          I was making a contribution of 20 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (19-dec-2022) but the Bill desk transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my hdfc bank account (via phone pay)but not credited to my NPS account.

            I made a contribution of 49500 to NPS through BillDesk gateway using PhonePe app and the amount got deducted on 17/12/2022. But the NPS side showed the transaction status as failed transaction.
            So the amount got deducted from my account but not credited to NPS. The transaction ID is : T2212171139584998791369. I am also attaching the successful transaction screenshot from PhonePe.

                      Reason: Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction.

                      I am attaching my transaction copy for your information, you are requested to reverse my money in my credit card account as soon as possible.

                                  Satyaranjan Mohanty here. I was paying 50, 118 INR via BillDesk payment gateway to NPS (https://cra-nsdl.com/) from my ICICI account today (Tue, 5th Dec 2022).

                                  The amount got debited but an error message was shown from BillDesk and it did not redirect me to the NPS website.

                                  Neither did I receive any confirmation from NPS regarding the contribution made.

                                  Please revert my 50, 118 INR asap.

                                    I made a payment of Rs 5, 000 for NPS from my ICICI account through Billdesk but the transaction failed on 05 Dec 2022. Amount is debited from my bank account and not credited to NPS.

                                    A total of 5, 017 (includes tax) has been debited from my bank account.

                                        Yesterday I tried to pay my december month electricity bill through WBSEDCL VIDYUT SAHAYOGI app. But I found that the payment of Rs. 1374/- has been debited from my bank account but not credited to WBSEDCL (As it is not showing in payment successful or, payment pending section of WBSEDCL). I am attaching the screenshot of payment confirmation from phonepe. Please do the needful to refund the amount.
