Payment of fees got deducted twice but transaction wasnt fulfilled
Myself Alace Rai. I am West Bengal PSC WBCS 2023 Candidate.
After filling WBCS (EXECUTIVE) 2023.
When i trying to pay my exam fees rs 211.88. After transaction PSCWB page showed " Sorry! Please Try Again", screenshot attached. So I tried a second time and it showed the same message but deducted my money. Total 211.89*2=423 78.
My status still shows that the fees hasn't been payed.
Please help resolve this issue and refund the money deducted as soon as possible

I tried to register for noc23-me28 course exam. Rs. 1000 was debited from my account through Google Pay UPI on 27-FEB-2023 - "UPI TXN: /[protected]IIT BILLDESK/IITMADRAS/iit.[protected]@hdfcbank/HDFC0000499/417212023022700010017662...⇄
But the billdesk screen showed Error: "Sorry we were unable to process your transaction. We apologize for inconvenience and request you to try again later."
Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest since this will affect chances of getting nearest exam centre.

Payment not getting through for HDFC Credit Card Payment despite confirmation
Please refer to Transaction Identification Number: XSBI[protected] amounting to Rs 7700 dated 17.02.2023, XBOI[protected] amounting to Rs 7698.70 dated 15.02.2023, XBOI[protected] amounting to Rs 6990.70 dated 22.01.2023 wherein I have made payment for HDFC Bank credit card on the above mentioned dates but these payments till date haven't been successful despite getting confirmation from Billdesk.
Now HDFC Bank has charged me Late Fees and GST because of non payment of bill. This is harassment as it is piling agony on me without my fault and impacting my creditibility.
