Account got debited but transaction failed on NPS App

I have initiated a transaction to contribute Rs. 50000 to my NPS account through Billdesk. Account got debited & an error message displayed on screen "transaction failed, please try again after sometime".

The Transaction ID is T2301191347127789183959 & UTR :[protected] from SBI.

Please help with resolution....

I made online contribution of 10 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (Jan 11, 2023 @10.24 PM IST) but the transaction page went blank and didnt show NPS confirmation page after i payed through ICICI Debit Card. Amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited to my NPS account....

Received no acknowledgement for NPS Tier-1 Contribution

Hi team,

I made transaction on nps app for contribution and 5017 amount got deducted from the ICICI bank on 10th Jan 2023 but no mail or message was received for the payment.

Please look into this....

My daughter's LIC Jeevan Anand Policy No[protected] is currently active and the quarterly Instalment premium of Rs 12705/- is being paid regularly
through auto debiting from my Credit card No [protected] on behalf of my daughter.
In this connection, I am to inform you that I am currently unable to use my credit card due to personal reasons.
I request that auto-debiting the installment premium for the above policy...

Lic premium issue

I Have done with BILDESK Rs 10669.30 for LIC PREMIUM NO[protected]
at last THURSDAY [5.1.23] but the final premium receipt was not completed..still it was pending..REF YINB[protected]/LIC transfer to[protected] BILL DESK INDIANBANK MGT BRANCH...

When I check the status it says, Transaction is not completed; But Challan amount of INR 1047.93 was debited from my credit card. Please reverse the payment and i am attaching the screenshot of debited amount credit card statement

I have paid diploma duplicate memo fees of 1000₹ from SBTET portal through PhonePe and money debited from my account but transaction failed in SBTET portal and my money didn’t got refunded...

Hi,
I recently opened a NPS Account and I transferred 55000/- from my bank account (IOB) to NPS account.
It got deducted but the page did not redirect me to NPS page and it showed sight under maintenance...

Money got deducted from Account and failed in NPS

Hi,
I recently opened a NPS Account and I transferred 5000/- from my bank account(PNB) to NPS account.
It got deducted but did not reflected in NPS Account and as a result I could not generate PRAN number.

Please resolve this....

Money got deducted from my account but not paid to dgvcl

Hi,

On 17/12/22, I tried paying DGVCL bill via Billdesk merchant gateway but the transaction errored out. The transaction amount Rs 1385.75/- got deducted from my card but was not credited to DGVCL BIlldesk Mumbai account.

Money got deducted from Account but NPS contribution showed failed

I was trying to contribute to my NPS account through Billdesk. Once money got deducted, my next screen showed "transaction failed, please try again after sometime".

The Transaction ID is [protected] from ICICI Bank.

Please help with resolution....

BIlldesk please Refund my money

I, Krishan Kumar was sending money to Bajaj Allianz through my Paytm wallet but the transaction got failed and the money was sent to BILLDESKutil and the amount got deducted from my account as well.
I don't know how the money was transferred to BILLDESKutil i was sending my money to Bajaj Allianz.
So chasing paytm to get my refund, for same i've called to paytm customer care about refund they confirmed that the merchant name...

Recently I tried paying my electricity bill on APEPDCL website. After processing the payment it showed that the payment has failed. It has already been 3 days but I have no update on the refund status....
