Dear sir my UPI payment dedicated for account to credit card bill but marchant card not received so please refund...

I paid my electricity bill of rs 100 and amount is debited from my account but bill is not paid(failed). Please check the transaction and refund the amount as soon as possible so i don't have to pay any panelty I am attaching the screenshot of the same for your reference

I was making a contribution of 58000 to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway 0n 04.03.23 but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Payment has been made from Phone pay UPI and amount has been debited from my State Bank of India account.

I was buying membership for Kavi Narmad Central Library, Surat on Surat Municipal Corporation EPortal and in the payment mode i selected bharat qr but after successful transaction it did not show up on web and transaction failed on merchant side.

I want refund asap

I was making a contribution of 15 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (06/03/2023) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited to my NPS account.

Payment made to WBMCC Rs. 2000.00 via Bill Desk from my HDFC net baking account dt on 24/10/2022. trans. ref: "YHDF[protected]/BILLDKWESTBENGALSTAT" Bank chq/ref:[protected] transaction was not successfully processed but deducted from my account. Then another payment was made which was successfully through my HDFC credit card ref. "YHMP[protected]" on same day.
Requesting to refund my that payment was made through net banking account...

Myself Alace Rai. I am West Bengal PSC WBCS 2023 Candidate.

After filling WBCS (EXECUTIVE) 2023.
When i trying to pay my exam fees rs 211.88. After transaction PSCWB page showed " Sorry! Please Try Again", screenshot attached. So I tried a second time and it showed the same message but deducted my money. Total 211.89*2=423 78.
My status still shows that the fees hasn't been payed.
Please help resolve...

I tried to register for noc23-me28 course exam. Rs. 1000 was debited from my account through Google Pay UPI on 27-FEB-2023 - "UPI TXN: /[protected]IIT BILLDESK/IITMADRAS/iit.[protected]@hdfcbank/HDFC0000499/417212023022700010017662...⇄

But the billdesk screen showed Error: "Sorry we were unable to process your transaction. We apologize for inconvenience and request you to try again later."

Please refer to Transaction Identification Number: XSBI[protected] amounting to Rs 7700 dated 17.02.2023, XBOI[protected] amounting to Rs 7698.70 dated 15.02.2023, XBOI[protected] amounting to Rs 6990.70 dated 22.01.2023 wherein I have made payment for HDFC Bank credit card on the above mentioned dates but these payments till date haven't been successful despite getting confirmation from Billdesk.

Now HDFC Bank has charged me...
