Hello - I made a payment on April 4, 2023 to SBI cards iao 35, 704.00. The payment was made using the SBI CARD APP, Bill Desk, Choosing QR code option. The QR CODE was scanned and paid using PhonePe ( upi id - billdeskpg.[protected]@hdfcbank.
The transaction number provided by PhonePe was T2304041705580620627067 and the UTR Number provided was[protected].
I have spoken with my bank (citi) they confirmed payment was successfull, spoke with PhonePe they say that it is with merchant (SBI), spoke with SBI they have no clue of the funds yet and just raising ticket on ticket .
Please research my payment and revert.
