I have made my payment with Google pay to kvs school fee
Amount has been debited but my payment is not reflecting on the portal and showing to submit the fee again..
This is really irritating.
Is this second time post of my money.

      I have made an online transaction for the property tax payment of Rs 723.80 to biller Shivamogga City Corporation on 13th April 2023 through ICICI net banking. After the payment was done, amount was debited from my bank account, but the biller did not get the amount. I thought the transaction was failed and amount will get refunded, but it did not happen until now. Kindly check this transaction and either pay it to biller or refund the amount to my savings bank account.

        I was making a contribution of Rs 25000 to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway yesterday (20th April, 2023) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my HDFC bank account but not credited to my NPS account. I have been checking my NPS account but still not been credited.

          Hello - I made a payment on April 4, 2023 to SBI cards iao 35, 704.00. The payment was made using the SBI CARD APP, Bill Desk, Choosing QR code option. The QR CODE was scanned and paid using PhonePe ( upi id - billdeskpg.[protected]@hdfcbank.

          The transaction number provided by PhonePe was T2304041705580620627067 and the UTR Number provided was[protected].

          I have spoken with my bank (citi) they confirmed payment was successfull, spoke with PhonePe they say that it is with merchant (SBI), spoke with SBI they have no clue of the funds yet and just raising ticket on ticket .

          Please research my payment and revert.

                I have done payment for SBI Cards through their app during payment gateway it went to Billdesk where I did a UPI transaction by scanning the QR amount was debited but I couldn't see any payment reflection in my account. My UPI Transaction ID is[protected]

                  I have made payment of Rs. 4005 for trade license through BillDesk on 01.04.2023. The amount is debited to my account but it is not credited to BBMP account even after 10 days. The amount is not reversed to my account. The bank narration shows "YHDF[protected]BILLDKBRUHATBENGALUR". Kindly check and let me know if the amount is credited to BBMP and if yes, please provide the receipt number.

                        Hi Bill Desk,

                        I Rishabh Singh attempted to book airline tickets for myself & my family members (total 7 pax) on vistara airlines website today. The transaction was completed at the end, however the ticket itinerary was not generated and sent to me. When checked with Airlines they said payment is pending and is stuck at Bill Desk or Bank. I have confirmed from bank that amount is credited to Bill Desk. Below are all transaction details shared by bank:

                        Amount : INR 174582 /-
                        Date & Time : 06 Apr 2023, 17.05 Hrs IST.
                        Bank : ICICI
                        Bank Transaction ID : [protected]
                        Bill Desk Transaction ID : YICI[protected]

                        This is causing me major inconvenience, as I need to confirm my hotel and other cruise bookings, plus this itinerary is required for processing my visa.
                        I am not able to proceed with the above steps to conclude my travel arrangements.

                              I did a transaction on NPS payment worth 1000 rupees om date 01.04.2023 but the transaction failed and i got acknowledgement receipt from NPS website about the same. But my axis bank account got debit.

                              Kindly provide the refund as the money lies with bill desk gateway. The acknowledgement copy is provided as an attachment below.
