Hi I have tried making a payment using my upi and the money (Rs 1750) was deducted from my debit card account, but the transaction was shown as failure.

I would like to request a refund in my account at the earliest, and a notification for the same.

I have messaged the customer care email : [protected]@billdesk.com ;
and I have tried calling the customer care number multiple times. But have neither received a reply back nor did anyone pick up my call or it was busy.

    Please refer to above order id. In this regard it is to inform that i ordered for Dominos Pizza and for that i had to pay Rs. 576/- . The amount is deducted from my Paytm wallet (Txn ID [protected]) but in the end transaction failed.

    Now the amount is deducted from my Paytm wallet but didn't received by Dominos. therefore i cast a complaint in Paytm. They ask me to write you. Please resolve the issue and refund the amount.

      I paid my vodafone bill through Google pay app to UPI id billdesk.[protected]@icici. Transaction was done on13th of November 2018 and the transaction was failed from billdesk. Now its been 8 working days ( 13 days in total ) and I haven't got my money back.
      I have been registering complaint for last 3 days and no one even bothered to give an acknowledgement and havent tried to communicate. I tried calling the representative number given in site and they say that number is wrong. As a customer, what am I supposed to do

        I have paid my credit card payment through bill desk on nov 22nd at 2:13 pm.
        I am aware that it takes 3 days to credit in my card.

        However, 3 working days are already over still i haven't receive the credit.

        Please provide the response asap.

        I have tried to call the customer care number indicated in the site so many times. It is always busy. Hope i will get the better response within eod.

              I placed an online order on the dominos website for rs 708 via paytm on nov 20, 2018 at 9.07pm. I received confirmation from paytm saying your order id is ppt[protected].
              This transaction was unsuccessful but the money was not refunded to my account. Paytm is asking to contact you as they have not revived /received refund. Please refund asap.

                Dear teami have done payment of rs.14449.30amount towards ICICI credit card through South Indian Bank with Billdesk payment on 12 nov 2018
                .Unfortunately the amount has been deducted my account and not credited to ICICI Bank .It is showing that the amount is credited to bill desk pool account Of south indian bank.kindly check and the same sent mail to billdesk from [protected]@gmail.com but no reply, My card payment due date was 20 nov 2018 and bearing penalty and other charges beacuse of this .                     I paid the premium for my lic policy thru online from lic website (Thru' billdesk), from my icici account. The amount (Rs. 25116) has already been debited from my account but the lic site does not show the payment against my policy. Transaction id : [protected] on 18th nov'18 at 12:35pm. The next transaction done at 12:42 was success. The amount is deducted from acc both in failed and successful transaction. Please look into the matter.

The money got deducted from my account, but the status in google pay shows as failed when i enquired my bank they have given me a confirmation that money has reached the beneficiary, tneb portal states i have unpaid.                             I have used bajaj alianz web services to buy a health insurance and they used bill desk for payment processing. I used my paytm wallet for payment and payment was successful on paytm side as amount 15256 inr has been deducted from my paytm account. However same not recieved to bajaj alianz, i contacted both bajaj alianz and paytm and they asked me to contact billdesk.

                            Initially I contacted bill desk customer care number however that never get replied. then i found their support email id and after 1 follow up they have replied that money would be reverted in 5-7 days. and I got my money back in 1 day instead, so although their support system is not quick but I guess they have strong technical system to identify such issue and resolve it quickly.

                              Which today is day 3 and till now dish tv india officially declines payment is not received

                                I have made a transection through my paytm wallet to dominos but wrongly post by paytm to billdeskfood1 through order id ppt[protected] by paytm at 9.55 pm dated 12/11/2018 by paytm transection id [protected] of inr 899/-. Paytm has refused to do anything until it is confirmed by billdeskfood1.

                                Request you to trace my payment as per above transection id & kindly refund the same urgently.

                                      On tuesday morning i. E on 13th november 2018 i ordered dominos pizza from shanti nagar jabalpur cost of 498.00 though paytm wallet. My amount deducted from my bank but dominos told that they didn’t get payment. From paytm i received the confirmation message and the order id is ppt[protected].

                                      I called paytm also they are telling payment showing done. And now aftere telling please contact the billdeskfood1 customer care team for further confirmation.
