I have already made the payment using net banking. And paid the same bill amount. Can you please let me know how can i stop my above auto pay.

I don't want this auto bill payment from my credit card from next month onwards. As i am not using above phone number it is lost. And number is blocked already. Please help me on the same.

    I had tried filling a pan application and did my payment through billdesk but it was unsuccessful and they said they will refund the amount in 6 days... Its been 10 days and they hadnt refunded me with the money... I had attached the screenshot of the payment id with the complaint... Kindly look into this matter..       I had done an online recharge for my Vodafone number with an amount of 100 rupees through BillDesk gateway. The amount is deducted from my account. But the status of recharge is shown failed while I verify the transaction. Also this recharge is not added to my number. I want either refund for my money or the amount is credited to my phone number.

        Using the kfc mobile app, i was trying to make an online payment for my order last night. The transaction of inr 933/- went through, and deducted money from my paytm wallet, but the order couldn't be tracked. My order id is ppt[protected].             I have done transaction through bill desk to pay my hdfc credit card via corporation bank net banking on 05/12/2018 (16:25:56) for rs. 37638.00. Amount has been debited from my account but transaction shown as failure. Pl note transaction ref no pcrp[protected].
            I have called hdfc customer care also and they have informed that amount has not been credited and corporation bank has informed that amount has been debited.
            I have written to bill desk also on [protected]@billdesk.com but no revert has been received. Called their customer care no but they are not helpful and told to contact via email only.
            Corporation bank has also written them email on 05/12/2018 but revert is awaited.
            Please resolve the issue at earliest.

              I tried ordering through KFC using UPI option from my number. The amount got transferred to billdeskpg.[protected]@icici but the order was not confirmed by the restaurant. I contacted the restaurant for clarification, they said to contact the payment portal for any query. I instantly tried calling your help desk number but didn't get any response.

              Kindly look into it and please reply

                Hi i have tried making a payment using axis bank net banking option in online nps account [xxxxxxxxxx] and the money (Rs 20024.31) was deducted from my saving account, but the transaction was shown as failure and shown error message this page can not be displayed... Etc.

                I would like to request a refund in my account at the earliest, and a notification for the same.

                And i have tried calling the customer care number multiple times. But have neither received a reply back nor did anyone pick up my call or it was busy...

                    I made a booking for indigo flight, ref: ber8qz on 3rd dec 2018 through icici net banking for an amount of rs. 54171, transaction ref: [protected]. The payment was successful and got deducted from my account. But while the payment was transferred from the bank to billdesk, an error message appeared.

                    I called indigo customer care and they informed that the payment was not received by the airlines and asked me to contact the bank. I contacted the bank they informed that payment was successful and asked me to contact the biller.

                    I do not have any idea, how and when my money will refunded and also afraid of making another booking.

                                I have done two transactions using icici net banking. One for lic (1700/-) and another vodafone (420.06/-). After getting successful transaction my amount was not reflecting. I waited seven days as if any issue that amount should refunded back to accept within 7days. Post seven days i wrote to mail to icici and they confirmed bill desk received amount. I lost my money and need that refund back.

                                    I was booking flight tickets from goindigo site, while payment i was redirected to paytm page. I paid an amount of rs. 4166 and the amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet but it has been paid to billdeskutil instead of indigo airlines. I have not got any confirmation of flight booking from the airlines. But the amount has been deducted from my account.
                                    Kindly look into the matter and resolve it.

                                        I am aware that it takes 3 days to credit in my card.
