    Their was double payment of my mahavitaran bill, first it showed error so i paid again but both time amount was debited from my account. Upi ids are[protected] and
    [protected].
    Debited amount is rs 2210
    When checked receipt of payed bill first id payment is successful.
    Please look in matter and refund one amount.

      Bill amount are debited my account but not pay my electricity bill.

        I made the payment through hdfc billdesk on nov 29, 2018 using my icici bank account. The amount got debited from icici on the same day. The transaction receipt from billdesk states that it will take 3 working days to credit the amount in the recipient's a/c. But it's been more than 15 days, the amount is neither credited to the hdfc credit card nor have i received the refund in icici a/c.

          I'm from tamil nadu. I booked 3 movie tickets for saturday (15 dec 2018) night in maharaja multiplex coimbatore my amount was deducted from my account but i didn't receive a movie confirmation mail or messages, so i checked maharaja multiplex site the seats i booked early during the transaction was available so i booked the ticket once again., so please refund the amount of 690/- which was deducted before so do a need full.
          BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I have paid RS 31285 for RBL bank credit card repayment, i have not received any acknowledgement mail or SMS from Billdesk and RBL bank and amount is debited from my account
          i paid 41387 for hdfc credit card repayment yesterday but i didnt get confirmation mail or sms from BILLDESK yet and the amount has been debited.

            I was filling a pan application and did my payment through billdesk via debit card but it was unsuccessful and they said they will refund the amount in 6 days... Its been 40 days and they hadnt refunded me with the money... I had attached the screenshot of the payment id with the complaint... Kindly look into this matter.. My earlier complaint has been resolved so i request u to resolve this also... Looking forward for ur response...

              But receipt not generated on 13.12.18. I enquired today also with lic but amount not credited to them. Ref. No:[protected].

              Please solve my query at the earliest as due date is approaching. I made a call to custmer support to lic also they informed me that amount was not received to them.

                      Dear Bill desk coordinator,

                      I have done a transaction from my Paytm wallet thru billdesk gateway bearing CAR POLICY IN BHARATHI AXA. Transaction successful ref:PPT[protected] From paytm registered mobile

                      THE TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESFUL IN PAYTM but the information in Bharath axa interface shows it's under process and has yet to get confirmation from billdesk. (Attached screenshot)

                      When enquired in Paytm care they have sent a text saying billdesk team will resolve the issue and the transaction PPT[protected] was successful.

                      Tried calling Bill desk customer [protected]@ Hyderabad toll free number, no reply, are u not working today? As even Delhi customer care has number.

                      My policy is due to renewal on 14th early morning, need the resolution ASAP.

But the status of recharge is shown failed while I verify the transaction. Also this recharge is not added to my number.                                   I have done transaction through bill desk to pay my hdfc credit card via corporation bank net banking on 05/12/2018 (16:25:56) for rs. 37638.00. Amount has been debited from my account but transaction shown as failure. Pl note transaction ref no pcrp[protected].
                                  I have called hdfc customer care also and they have informed that amount has not been credited and corporation bank has informed that amount has been debited.
                                  I have written to bill desk also on [protected]@billdesk.com but no revert has been received. Called their customer care no but they are not helpful and told to contact via email only.
                                  Corporation bank has also written them email on 05/12/2018 but revert is awaited.
                                  Please resolve the issue at earliest.

The amount got transferred to billdeskpg.[protected]@icici but the order was not confirmed by the restaurant. I contacted the restaurant for clarification, they said to contact the payment portal for any query. I instantly tried calling your help desk number but didn't get any response.

                                      Hi i have tried making a payment using axis bank net banking option in online nps account [xxxxxxxxxx] and the money (Rs 20024.31) was deducted from my saving account, but the transaction was shown as failure and shown error message this page can not be displayed... Etc.

                                      I would like to request a refund in my account at the earliest, and a notification for the same.

                                      And i have tried calling the customer care number multiple times. But have neither received a reply back nor did anyone pick up my call or it was busy...
