I made a booking for indigo flight, ref: ber8qz on 3rd dec 2018 through icici net banking for an amount of rs. 54171, transaction ref: [protected]. The payment was successful and got deducted from my account. But while the payment was transferred from the bank to billdesk, an error message appeared.
I called indigo customer care and they informed that the payment was not received by the airlines and asked me to contact the bank. I contacted the bank they informed that payment was successful and asked me to contact the biller.
I do not have any idea, how and when my money will refunded and also afraid of making another booking.
