Dear sir,
I made payment via lic premium for an amount of rs 78142/-, which was successful payment done with payee name: bill desk bpc on 22nd february, 2018. But my transaction done but not successful payment done against lic premium.
Still i am not getting my money back in my icici bank account.

Please do the same immediately without urther any delay, so that i can make payment against my lic premium.

I am surprise to see the responce, i thought it will automatically revert in my icici bank due to failed in payment of lic premium.

        I am prabir sanpui. I made online payment through uco bank debit card for rrb kolkata on 18.02.18. At 21:45:03 hrs. My transaction was failed with an error. But my amount of rs 500 was deducted from my account. I waited for 24 hrs to back my amount. I didn't get. Then i applied again 19.02.18 at 16:04:56. This time my transaction was successful.           I made online payment for railrbothdrcard, mumbai on 18.02.18 at 21:45:03 hrs through my uco bank debit card. But my transaction was unsuccessful due to technical problem. But my amount of rs. 500 was deducted from my account. No transaction id was not found. Again today i have applied online payment on 19.02.18 at 16:04:56 hrs. I paid another transaction.             I was placing one order on amazon on 3rd february 2018, saturday about 9:00pm ist with the help my visa hdfc credit card. Product value was rs.37, 999 and i was availing this product with some offers while paying rs.34, 406. I started my transaction (Rs. 34, 406) with visa hdfc credit card for the product with 24 months emi with 15% interest rate but after entering otp, which was second time generated using regenerate otp tab (First otp couldn't get through sms, got through call by number [protected] and voice was not clear so regenerate otp). I got response from amazon that payment was failed because of authorization issue from bank end and my order was cancelled. The amount rs.34, 406 has been deducted from credit card and processed for 24 emis. I registered a case with hdfc dispute (Cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) too. I am providing all necessary details below and my communication with amazon (Paymet failed and amazon didn't get any amount from bank) and bank as an attachment. Bank is saying that amount has been released from their end and amazon told that they didn't get any amount. Bank suggested to communicate with merchant (Indiaideas com limited) also. Please have a look and looking for help.

                I have paid property tax for property number[protected] a amount of 1919.74 and for which there is no receipt acknowledgement that i got, as the amount is being deducted from my bank but no receipt is being generated for this. And even in the portal i am not getting any acknowledgement for the payment done.

                      Hi team,

                      This is very ridiculous situation. I was recharging at my jio number : [protected] of rs 349 and i did the payment amount got debited from my account and at the bill desk i got the error.

                      Reason : sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologies for the inconvenience and request you to try again later

                      Recharge was unsuccessful. So please let me know what should i do in this case because recharge is not done and amount is debited and its almost 3 days amount is not refunded back and the error occurred at bill desk. I think this is the problem with the bill desk. So pls look into the issue and provide me proper solution.

                          I had recharged my bsnl prepaid mobile through "my bsnl" app. Payment gateway was billdesk. I had used my sbi debit card for making payment of rs. 1498. Amount is debited from my account. Transaction id is lu[protected] as provided by sbi. But recharge is not successful. Kindly refund my money. The msg received from sbi is reproduced below

                                l have recharge bsnl prepaid for 181 Rs on 1/2/2018 through net banking SBI by bill desk, The amount 181 Rs deducted from my account.
