At 23:20:23 on 24/01/2018 i had made an online transfer of rs. 429/- through my visa debit card issued to me by canara bank, shenoynagar branch, chennai-600030 (Brand code 0972), against my sb account no.[protected] towards subscribing to stv 429 with bsnl tamil nadu circle.

While making the transfer, due to weak internet signal, the online transaction was abruptly terminated.

Yesterday's i'm recharge by using upi of 399 plan recharge. It was successfully debited from my bank account but could not activate. So please to recharge it.

I am really annoyed with the procedure you people follow. I made my credit card payment thru axis bank mobile application on 11th of jan 2018 to my icici credit card number ending with 3007.

Icici credit card is reflecting that the payment is not yet done. I am calling customer care multiple times and no one is helping me out properly. They are simply saying the payment is successful from axis bank end...

I applied for aptet. After entering otp and clicking on submit button i got message as your payment is being processed. But it is failed and my amount is debited.

Rs 17000 debited from bank but not credited to coinome nor refunded back to bank account
When ever i contact customer care of coinome they simply reply a same line stating to wait for 5 working days but 5 working days have passed and there no update

Pls look into it and credit the amount into coinome or refund back to bank account ASAP

But amount is debited from my account and jio service providers says nothing is received by them from my side
