I try to book a ticket through msrtc portal, using phone pay upi id, the payment was successful but the booking failed, i got 50 rs cashback aslo in phone pay wallet, but i want refund my rs. 371

I used my vertual payment address for payment process, then i get a request msg on phone pay, i accept that request, the money got deducted but the payment page doesn't go any further, and does not show any successful msg,. After 10-15 min the msrtc page goes to home page and it displays that the booking was unsuccessful, but rs.371 was deducted frm my bank account on 3 feb 2018.
Pl give me refund.

I tried recharging my jio number yesterday. But the payment 449 was deducted from my bank account. The recharge didn't went through.
Date of incident 30/1/18. I invested in L & T mutual fund for my daughter using visa debit card amount is deducted but transaction of investment in mutual fund is not completed. I request you to refund amount in my saving account

    Hi team,

    I made two transaction for lic payment using billdesk payment gateway.
    Below are the transactions details what i have.

    The first transaction was failed due to some issue at billdesk gateway, the amount was debited from my card but the payment was not done to lic.
    The second transaction was successful and lic is showing the payment success details.

    But i can see both the debits in my credit card statement. Can you please check and refund me the first transaction amount.

    1st transaction - failed
    Amount - rs. 9672.78
    Hdfc bank card ending - 5359

    Premium paid for policy no - 99*50

    2nd transaction - success
    Amount - rs. 9672.78

      I have deposited 13000 today.. Money got debited from my bank but it never got credited to coinome. I don't know why this happened, but usually it takes only few minutes. Under deposit history it says pending. I wanted to buy bitcoin at a lower rate but because of this issue i would end up paying more. Kindly fix this asap or else i would have to escalate this to highest authority.

      The issue got fixed thank so much...
      Yesterday i tried to pay my sbi credit card bill through your payment gateway by uco ebanking. The amount of 59007 was debited from my account but my sbi account was not credited. Please credit the amount or refund it to my uco account as soon as possible.
      Today I have paid rs 173.91 for electricity bill payment of jbvnl through airtel money it has been debited also but lastly it shows that your payment is cancelled and I did not get my money.please refund it.

        I am priscilla from cuddalore. Today i did the setc online booking from bnagalore to cuddalore through your billdesk payment gateway. Using id [protected]@gmail.com. The payment was suceesful, but tickets are not booked. Thie page is showing error msg. My money is deducted. Again i booked ticket using [protected]@gmail.com. Tickets is booked and money is deducted. So please refund the money for the first transcation which is did using [protected]@gmail.com id.

            On 31.01.2018 I was doing a recharge of my jio mobile number from my jio app by 101 and at the payment option I used upi and I received a request for payment of 51 as 50 was provided by jio as coupon and I did the payment from my side the transaction was successful and payment was done in my Jio it showed some error occurred I contacted reliance jio but they
            denied and said you have initiated a transaction but they did not received the payment and I was asked to do payment t of the said amount I contacted Npci and sbi and according to both payment was made to [protected]@icici and it was successful now reliance jio customer care is not responding and just repeating that I had not done the payment please take action against them contact me on [protected]

              I have make online recharge my jio no.[protected]through jio app on 25th jan 2018, while recharging i opted upi mode it was [protected]@icici requested me rs 399 via upi app phone pe through notification that was my recharge amount. L transfered the amount to [protected]@icici but recharge not done to my jio no. And amount deducted from my account. So please solve my problem and kindly return money to my bank account.

                          At 23:20:23 on 24/01/2018 i had made an online transfer of rs. 429/- through my visa debit card issued to me by canara bank, shenoynagar branch, chennai-600030 (Brand code 0972), against my sb account no.[protected] towards subscribing to stv 429 with bsnl tamil nadu circle.

                          While making the transfer, due to weak internet signal, the online transaction was abruptly terminated.

                          Though the amount has been debited from my sb account, the bsnl facility for which the payment was made has not been activated, despite billdesk receiving the payment from my side.

                          Therefore, billdesk is hereby called upon to refund the said sum of rs. 429/- to me at the earliest.

                                  I did a transaction on bajaj allianz website to buy an insurance policy.
                                  I paid through UPI by scanning the QR code. after the transaction there was no update on the website that the payment is successful.
                                  Now My account has been debited but I have not received any refund or the update from the bank or the bajaj allianz.
                                  I have contacted my bank they said the transaciton was successful.
                                  I have also contacted the website payment gateway which is billdesk and they are just saying that they have not received any updated from the their bank.

                                  There customer care is very poor since 1 month has past and htey cannot track the transaction.

                                      I am really annoyed with the procedure you people follow. I made my credit card payment thru axis bank mobile application on 11th of jan 2018 to my icici credit card number ending with 3007.

                                      Icici credit card is reflecting that the payment is not yet done. I am calling customer care multiple times and no one is helping me out properly. They are simply saying the payment is successful from axis bank end but i didn't receive the confirmation message or email from bill desk once the payment got successful.

                                      I am really irritated. It's been 10 days i made the payment and it is deducted from my axis account [protected].

                                      I want the refund amount of rs. 5, 619/- right now in my account.

                                      I am looking forward for the immediate response on this.

                                        I applied for aptet. After entering otp and clicking on submit button i got message as your payment is being processed. But it is failed and my amount is debited.
                                        Thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx9931 for a purchase worth rs500.0 on pos apcfss at apcfss txn#[protected]. This is my transaction id. Will you refund it or not? If so when will you refund my amount.
