      Hello sir,

      I want to do online payment of epfo through bank of baroda (Corporate). But it is showing it in the list. Please add it in to the list as soon as possible. My payment is getting late for that i have to pay panelty too. Its my current account and i always use to do all the payments through it. It will effect my business deals if the option will not be added. Please update your list.

        I have done the transaction against my lic payment on dated 22.12.17 through net banking o[censored]nion bank of india, as the amount of rs. 2827/- debited twice in my account but transaction is not successful till now, the detail of transaction as given belo. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund the money in my account immediately.

          I made payment of rs 5000 through icici debit card to l&t mutual fund. But due to por internet connection payment confirmation not received and money deducted from account [protected].
          Ref no is iin/lt mutual/[protected]. Pls return the money in my account.
          Dear customer, purchase of inr 5, 000.00 has been made on debit card linked to acct xx1803 on 21-dec-17. Info: iin*l*t mutual. The available balance is inr 6, 876.77. This msg was received after deduction of money. But money was not received at other side.

                    Date of debit: 06th dec 2017
                    Amount: 1010331.00/-
                    Narration made: to paid epf challan online

                    I have made an online epf challan payment on dated 06/12/2017 but the payment status failed however the amount was deducted from my account. I didn’t get the txn id/utr no. Except for the ref. No.[protected]epfo on date 06/12/2017 of the transaction that was shown when i logged in and checked the last 10 transactions.in such cases, the amount gets automatically refunded by the bank in 2-3 working days. I have faced such issues many times but later amount was refunded. But i ensure that the refund hasn’t come in my account hence i presume that it is an inadvertent error from your side. I request you to kindly verify and rectify the error by re-crediting the amount (1010331.00/-) to the account no. [protected]

                        I made bsnl prepaid recharge rs.459/- through bill desk using sbi account dated on 04.12.2017. The amount of rs.459 is debited from account (Transaction id - pgsm[protected]. But when i check to bsnl portal my bill payment status shows "pending". Please do the needful as soon as possible and make payment successful or refund the same to my account

                            I on 5th dec 17 i used billdesk service for msrtc booking. An amount of rs 614.42 has been deducted from my hdfc bank a/c bearing reference no[protected], bur ticket booking is unsuccessful. I have not received ticket copy through mail, no booking sms and no booking details in booking history of this msrtc website. Kindly help and reimburse the same amount at the earliest

                                      I transferred inr 5000 from my canara bank account to l&t mutual fund at 10.27 hrs on 02/12/2017 through online transaction towards purchase of l&tmutual fund units. The transaction could not be completed. The amount has been debited from my account bank vide transaction no lcnb[protected] at 10:27:25 am. L&t mutual fund has not received the amount.
