When ever i contact customer care of coinome they simply reply a same line stating to wait for 5 working days but 5 working days have passed and there no update

    I did a transaction from coinome portal for rs 10000 on jan 13th. The amount got debited from my account, but not added to the coinome account. I have tried dropping multiple remainder to coinome support mail id and tried chatting with coinome chat bot. But no reply / update from the support team. Please investigate and provide an update.

      Hello today morning i make recharge for my jio network they recommend you service via billdesk app, they debited amount from my bank account but not recharged yet, why you are taking so much of time for recharge service, very bad experience from you for me, no other way answer from you, didn't pick the phone, my transaction id[protected], take a look and clear it,,

                  I have booked bus ticket in tnstc online and payment passed through bill desk on 12/01/2018 from coimbatore to chennai at first time ticket not booked it shows some error but rs 393 debited in my account and with same credit card i booked three tickets in same day but amount passed for four time the error comes first time but amount not refunded still now.
