Date of debit: 06th dec 2017
Amount: 1010331.00/-
Narration made: to paid epf challan online

I have made an online epf challan payment on dated 06/12/2017 but the payment status failed however the amount was deducted from my account. I didn’t get the txn id/utr no. Except for the ref. No.[protected]epfo on date 06/12/2017 of the transaction that was shown when i logged in and checked the last 10 transactions.in such cases, the amount gets automatically refunded by the bank in 2-3 working days. I have faced such issues many times but later amount was refunded. But i ensure that the refund hasn’t come in my account hence i presume that it is an inadvertent error from your side. I request you to kindly verify and rectify the error by re-crediting the amount (1010331.00/-) to the account no. [protected]

      I made bsnl prepaid recharge rs.459/- through bill desk using sbi account dated on 04.12.2017. The amount of rs.459 is debited from account (Transaction id - pgsm[protected]. But when i check to bsnl portal my bill payment status shows "pending". Please do the needful as soon as possible and make payment successful or refund the same to my account

      I got a refund from paisapay on 18th Nov but its not reflecting on my SBI account so kindly do the needful.

          I on 5th dec 17 i used billdesk service for msrtc booking. An amount of rs 614.42 has been deducted from my hdfc bank a/c bearing reference no[protected], bur ticket booking is unsuccessful. I have not received ticket copy through mail, no booking sms and no booking details in booking history of this msrtc website. Kindly help and reimburse the same amount at the earliest

            The transaction failed but money got debited from the account
            After 5 min i again tried but that time also the transaction was unsuccessful and money got debited one more time from my account

                    I transferred inr 5000 from my canara bank account to l&t mutual fund at 10.27 hrs on 02/12/2017 through online transaction towards purchase of l&tmutual fund units. The transaction could not be completed. The amount has been debited from my account bank vide transaction no lcnb[protected] at 10:27:25 am. L&t mutual fund has not received the amount.                             My bank account, but due to some technical issue it was not credited to bsnl

                                I have try to pay the electricity bill through billdesk on 23.11.2017 for rs.438.77. During payment the net was getting slow. However the amount was debited from my sbi account but the payment receipt was not generated. The same bill was paid again on 27.11.2017.

                                Kindly verify the transaction and credit to my account at the earliest.

                                I have try to payment of ts electricity bill through bill desk on 23.11.2017, due to net getting slow down the amount of rs.438.77 was debited to my account but the bill was unpaid and no receipt was generated. Again i have paid the bill due to disconnect the service by ts pdcl
                                (Payment ref is : sbi to transfer inb southern power distributi ap_elect payments jsbi[protected]igackscdo2 rs.438.77)

                                Please verify and credit to my account with the same amount as i am paying all bills from billdesk only

                                    I have closed my reliance broadband connection even though I am getting notified from billdesk to payout cause of that I had to close my credit card to stop payment.

                                      I recharged my bsnl mobile with a top-up of Rs 60 and an STV of Rs 42 using a debit card on[protected] . In both the cases, the amount was deducted from the account but none of the recharges was successful. The page in both the cases refreshed on it own, opening something related to airtel (my service provider). When i clicked on the back button, it displayed "error, transaction not successful/completed".

                                      Help and refund would be appreciated.

                                        I, sk rejaul islam, filled up an online form of psc (www.pscwbonline.gov.In) on 22nd november of, 2017. When i was redirected to the payment gateway, which was powered by billdesk, i had chosen the netbanking option of bank of india. After entering the details, when i proceeded to make the final payment of rs. 215.90, it showed connection has time out and the server at 202.61.117.72 is taking too long to respond and i try again and again but payment unsuccessful. But when i checked my bank account balance, its showing debit of rs. 215.90 one times., i. E, rs. 215.90

                                        I hereby request to the concerned authority to refund my 'hard earned' money back to me as soon as possible.
