      My query is, i paid my bsnl telephone bill from bsnl portal through
      Billdesk gateway on dated 24.11.2017. Amount of 289/- was deducted from
      My bank account, but due to some technical issue it was not credited to bsnl
      & after lapse of 4 days transaction failed status has been updated in bsnl portal website

      But after lapse of 5 days amount of 289/- has not been credited to my bank account (Snapshot of transaction (In bold) is attached herewith for reference)
      Kindly tell how many days my amount will refund to me.

        I transferred inr 200000.00 from my icici bank account to idfc mutual fund at app. 1200 hrs on 28 november, 2017 through online transaction vide bil/[protected] towards purchase of idfc mutual fund units. The transaction could not be completed as banker (Icici bank) website timed out. The amount has been debited from my account. Idfc has not received the amount. You are requested to reconcile.

          I have try to pay the electricity bill through billdesk on 23.11.2017 for rs.438.77. During payment the net was getting slow. However the amount was debited from my sbi account but the payment receipt was not generated. The same bill was paid again on 27.11.2017.

          Kindly verify the transaction and credit to my account at the earliest.

          I have try to payment of ts electricity bill through bill desk on 23.11.2017, due to net getting slow down the amount of rs.438.77 was debited to my account but the bill was unpaid and no receipt was generated. Again i have paid the bill due to disconnect the service by ts pdcl

          Please verify and credit to my account with the same amount as i am paying all bills from billdesk only

            On 27.11.2017 i made online fee payment to gmac on of rs.2124/- through my kotak debit card. My transaction was failed with error "reasons: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries".

            My registration was unsuccessful however the amount was deducted. Please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.

              I have closed my reliance broadband connection even though I am getting notified from billdesk to payout cause of that I had to close my credit card to stop payment.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I recharged my bsnl mobile with a top-up of Rs 60 and an STV of Rs 42 using a debit card on[protected] . In both the cases, the amount was deducted from the account but none of the recharges was successful. The page in both the cases refreshed on it own, opening something related to airtel (my service provider). When i clicked on the back button, it displayed "error, transaction not successful/completed".

                Help and refund would be appreciated.

                  I, sk rejaul islam, filled up an online form of psc (www.pscwbonline.gov.In) on 22nd november of, 2017. When i was redirected to the payment gateway, which was powered by billdesk, i had chosen the netbanking option of bank of india. After entering the details, when i proceeded to make the final payment of rs. 215.90, it showed connection has time out and the server at 202.61.117.72 is taking too long to respond and i try again and again but payment unsuccessful. But when i checked my bank account balance, its showing debit of rs. 215.90 one times., i. E, rs. 215.90

                  I hereby request to the concerned authority to refund my 'hard earned' money back to me as soon as possible.

                      So i got no pizza and no money either.

                        I try to pay for my order in domino's via paytm which amounted to 330. But i tried for the first time, transaction wasn't successful. The second tried, it was again unsuccessful. But i later i found out money had been deducted twice from my paytm account. The money had been transferred to billdesk and they should have given conformation to dominos but they didn't and hence dominos has no record of money as well.
                        Please get my money refunded as soon as possible.

                          I had booked tickets for travel from Mumbai to Chennai for travel on 14th Dec2017 by Indigo Airlines leaving Mumbai at 7.30 p.m by making payment through ICICI net banking.As there was a difference of Rs.820 between the tax invoice and the actual payment the Itinerary showed payment pending.To get the payment status to 'PAID' I made a payment of Rs820 to Indigo on 20/11/2017 through ICICI net banking and the transaction ref no, is [protected] towards balance payable under PNR AE6BQD.This amount was not paid to INDIGO and the Payment status shows payment pending.

                          As have to get the PNR confirmed please verify urgently and pass on the credit to Indigo to enable me to travel without any hitch.

                          I hope you will consider my request immediately.

                            I made payment for a product on ebay two times but both times, paytm sent sms for payment confirmation but ebay showed did not received the payment and showed that the payment was unsuccessful. It all happened with me on 19 november, 2017 at around 11:12 pm. I was making payment for a woolen cap. I want refund. My paytm number is [protected].                                 Unfortunately after two consecutive unsucessfull transaction the so called billdesk deducted money from my paytm account not one but two consecutive times. So billdesk i want you to refund my appropiate money into my account. That would be verry nice.

                                A bit of suggestion that i want to give you is that please kindly improve your transaction problem. Again that would be very nice.

                                        I have reacharged my jio number through jio.com app using paytm option for plan of rs 399/- and i got the confirmation message from paytm that they have made the payment to billdeskutil but eventhough the jio recharge has not been done.
