I got the bill desk error, but it didn't give any transaction receipt
After 3 days.

But the money has been cut from my account.

Transaction date :14 november at around 1:10 pm - 1:15 pm

Details shown in my bank statement.

    Dear sir i have received a call on 16/11/2017 from [protected] saying they are frm sbi credit card helpline center and asked gr my card details by offering cashback fir reward points.by this way they have stolen an amount of 4872×4=19128
    plz don't settle the transactions as they are fraud.
    kindly refubd the amount to my card **** **** **** 4323

      I have reacharged my jio no [protected] through jio.com app using paytm option for plan of rs 399/- and i got the confirmation message from paytm that they have made the payment to billdeskutil but eventhough the jio recharge has not been done. I have contacted paytm cutomercare but they said that they made payment to billdeskutil. So please kindly solve my problem. I did recharge of my jio no from the stop so please send the money back to my paytm wallet.

        Sir/madam,
        I had applied for aiims 2017 exam on 13th september 2017. I paid them 2 times via the paygov payment portal. Both times the taransaction was shown as failed, but money was deducted from my acoount (1002.5 ×2). Later icompleted payment proc3dure through the sbi portal. Bt now even after 2 months i have not got any refund. Kindly look into the matter and do the neccessary.

          I am getting message"the telephone number you have entered is either invalid or there are no bills available at the moment, please contact bsnl customer support number (Toll free number: 1500) for more details or write mail at [protected]@billdesk.com"even after entering correct landline no. I received two bills ie a/c no.[protected] &[protected] it is damn difficult to pay online. Please improve your system for online payment of telephone bills. The customer support is not helpful atall

          I have recharged BSNL - KERALA Plan Voucher for Rs.446 on[protected] through SBI Internet Banking Services. But the benefits has not yet received. so in this circumstance please make necessary arrangements for obtaining the benefits or transaction at the earliest.

            I have made payment to west bengal state electricity distribution company limited (Wbsedcl) through sbi net banking on 14/11/2017 at 11:08:05 hours for an amount of rs.4092.60 through billdesk gateway. The amount has been instantly debited from my bank account (Transaction reference no. Igacjitcx3). Invoice number of wbsedcl is[protected] but the transaction is shown as pending.

            Please take necessary action so that the amount is credited to the payee's account.
            BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            My money was not refund..I did recharge of 244 in my no [protected].but recharge of 244 is not happen in my no but money was deducted from my account..I'm users of bill desk online recharge..but this time recharge was not success in my mobile no..of 244 please recharge or refund my money to me..

              payment failure to wbsedcl

              Transaction made to west bengal state electricity distribution company limited (Wbsedcl) through state bank of india net banking on 14/11/2017 for rs. 4097.32. The amount has been debited from my bank account instantly but the amount has not been not credited to the payee (Wbsedcl).
              Transaction reference of sbi is igacjitcx3.
              It is requested to kindly look into the matter at the earliest....

                Sir/ madam, i have applied for aiims 2018 nov session on 13.9.2018 via internet banking (Cub) through pay gov. Immediately my amount 1011.80 rs got debited from my account. But in my application form payment status is still pending. I have tried again and with sbi and it succeded and i have completed registration. I have wrote the the exam on 12 nov. But still my internet banking amt 1011.80 rs not refunded yet. Kindly check the problem and process my refund as soon as possible.

                      I applied for mat 2017 december and completed payment through yes bank netbanking. Amount of 1500inr got debited from account through ref no.net txn: billdesk jybk[protected] aima but application process couldn't be completed. I want 1500 to be credited back to my account.
                      In application portal third no. Complete payment option box is still unchecked, i don't understand the reason behind it. Either it should be checked or 1500 should be credited back to account.. Please sort out the matter asap..

                        I'm kalyani borkar have mistakenly paid bill twice for my number 26643922 with the merchant mtnl against the orders [protected] & [protected] with the operator reference number 4220691 & 4220697. I paid this amount (892+892) through paytm. I wanted to know that would that amount will be adjusted in the next bill or it will be refunded?

                            I attempted to pay the fees of neet pg examination on 1 november 2017 first via bank of india then via state bank of india. Both the times amount was debited from my account while the transaction was unsuccessful from merchant's side.
                            This scam of a payment gateway took the money twice against the same bill no.
                            When i complained, i was told that we have fwd the issue to merchant to resolve... It has been a week and they have stopped responding to emails also.
                            Upon contacting the bank i was told that the issue was with payment gateway which was billdesk but those scamsters don't even respond to mails.. I am fed up
                            I have been scammed for 7500 bucks with the amount being 3750 rs debited twice from different accounts

                                  Request you to check the payment history of your application and resend the amount back to the concern paytm wallet.
                                  Even i have received the mail from pgsupport regarding the successful transaction and hereby sending you the photo of the same.

                                    I started an online transaction on 7 november 2017 at 4:30pm amounting rs.1287.00 using hdfc netbanking to pay bsnl broadband bill on portal. Bsnl.in using billdesk payment gateway. The amount was debited from my account but the transaction was interrupted inspire of a fast internet connection, and the transaction failed, the bsnl website did not identify the transaction being completed. It would be of great help if you could either transfer the money to bank through the billdesk gateway, or refund the amount directly back to my savings bank account.
