    I ordered dominos pizza online on[protected] at 09:45 pm and the amount was deducted from my paytm wallet and the order was not successful.
    So i got no pizza and no money either.
    The order transaction id is
    Jpt[protected]
    The amount was rs 374.
    So rs 374 was deducted for no order.
    So kindly process refund of the amount deducted.

    I recharged mobile for 100 rupees on 18/11/2017 at 2.35 pm and after giving the transaction details I got a response " Sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later". How can I get money refunded?

      I try to pay for my order in domino's via paytm which amounted to 330. But i tried for the first time, transaction wasn't successful. The second tried, it was again unsuccessful. But i later i found out money had been deducted twice from my paytm account. The money had been transferred to billdesk and they should have given conformation to dominos but they didn't and hence dominos has no record of money as well.
      Please get my money refunded as soon as possible.

        I had booked tickets for travel from Mumbai to Chennai for travel on 14th Dec2017 by Indigo Airlines leaving Mumbai at 7.30 p.m by making payment through ICICI net banking.As there was a difference of Rs.820 between the tax invoice and the actual payment the Itinerary showed payment pending.To get the payment status to 'PAID' I made a payment of Rs820 to Indigo on 20/11/2017 through ICICI net banking and the transaction ref no, is [protected] towards balance payable under PNR AE6BQD.This amount was not paid to INDIGO and the Payment status shows payment pending.

        As have to get the PNR confirmed please verify urgently and pass on the credit to Indigo to enable me to travel without any hitch.

        I hope you will consider my request immediately.

          I made payment for a product on ebay two times but both times, paytm sent sms for payment confirmation but ebay showed did not received the payment and showed that the payment was unsuccessful. My wallet transaction id for first payment is [protected] and for second payment is [protected]. Please give me back my payment for both transactions. It all happened with me on 19 november, 2017 at around 11:12 pm. I was making payment for a woolen cap. I want refund. My paytm number is [protected]. The product name was 'woolen cap for winter season for men.' i am attaching photos for the confirmation messages for both payments. I shall be thankful to you on refund of payment.

            On 17th nov 2017 i had purchased policy through policy bazaar & made payment through paytm wallet, although amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet but transaction got failed. So my chasing with paytm to get my refund, for same i've called to paytm customer care about refund they confirmed that the merchant name : billdeskutil, your transaction under order id : jpt[protected], jpt[protected] was successful.               Unfortunately after two consecutive unsucessfull transaction the so called billdesk deducted money from my paytm account not one but two consecutive times. So billdesk i want you to refund my appropiate money into my account. That would be verry nice.

              A bit of suggestion that i want to give you is that please kindly improve your transaction problem. Again that would be very nice.

                    The amount has been deducted from my account but no receipt has been generated
                    The payment i'd which i suppose to get against payment made for registration of shop on website www.mcgm.gov.in has successfully deducted but no payment receipt has generated nor application i'd has generated neither amt has reverse in my account.

                      I have reacharged my jio number through jio.com app using paytm option for plan of rs 399/- and i got the confirmation message from paytm that they have made the payment to billdeskutil but eventhough the jio recharge has not been done. I have contacted paytm cutomercare but they said that they made payment to billdeskutil. So please kindly solve my problem. I did recharge of my jio no from the stop so please send the money back to my paytm wallet.

                        I got the bill desk error, but it didn't give any transaction receipt
                        After 3 days.

                        But the money has been cut from my account.

                              I had applied for aiims 2017 exam on 13th september 2017. I paid them 2 times via the paygov payment portal. Both times the taransaction was shown as failed, but money was deducted from my acoount (1002.5 ×2). Later icompleted payment proc3dure through the sbi portal. Bt now even after 2 months i have not got any refund. Kindly look into the matter and do the neccessary.

                                  I have made payment to west bengal state electricity distribution company limited (Wbsedcl) through sbi net banking on 14/11/2017 at 11:08:05 hours for an amount of rs.4092.60 through billdesk gateway. The amount has been instantly debited from my bank account (Transaction reference no. Igacjitcx3). Invoice number of wbsedcl is[protected] but the transaction is shown as pending.

                                  Please take necessary action so that the amount is credited to the payee's account.

                                    payment failure to wbsedcl

                                    Transaction made to west bengal state electricity distribution company limited (Wbsedcl) through state bank of india net banking on 14/11/2017 for rs. 4097.32. The amount has been debited from my bank account instantly but the amount has not been not credited to the payee (Wbsedcl).
                                    Transaction reference of sbi is igacjitcx3.
                                    It is requested to kindly look into the matter at the earliest....

                                      Sir/ madam, i have applied for aiims 2018 nov session on 13.9.2018 via internet banking (Cub) through pay gov. Immediately my amount 1011.80 rs got debited from my account. But in my application form payment status is still pending. I have tried again and with sbi and it succeded and i have completed registration. I have wrote the the exam on 12 nov. But still my internet banking amt 1011.80 rs not refunded yet. Kindly check the problem and process my refund as soon as possible.
