    I am shoaib and my issue is a transaction was failed while recharging jio but payment was debited through upi payment, upi transaction successful and upi transaction id was given on screen,

    But after payment it show internal error and after refreshing the page it again ask for payment and i didn't get any message from reliance jio
    So kindly solve my problem sir

    While paying my electricity bill at Odisha diskcom through billdesk, the payment status showed failure . But my HDFC account was debited with ₹ 3532 . Please look into the matter and revert my money back. Necessary details are with the photos attached.

          With reference to the captioned subject, i have paid rs. 3, 223/- on 23/10/17 through my sbi internet banking, to renew my two wheeler insurance policy from oriental insurance company. The amount was successfully deducted from my account but same has not been received by oriental insurance company. My bank details are:

              and the money has been debited from my account but not credited to the phone balance till date nor reverted to the bank account.

                On 17th oct, while recharging a ₹399 jio plan through upi gateway in jio, i got money request of this amount from [protected]@icici in upi app and i approved that since then i have not get that plan active yet. I called to the jio customer care for that and decline it saying it has not reached us and asked to contact to the third party which i used for recharge. I contact billdesk via email and reply is still awaited.

                  Today i have paid rs. 1724/- through net banking for electricity bill apspdcl.
                  The amount was debited but not adjusted and receipt was not generated.
                  I have received message from bank vide ref. No. [protected]. Immediatedly i have rasied a complaint to [protected]@billdesk.com but no response is received.
                  I am verymuch disappointed for their service. Look into the matter immediately.

I had selected scan qr code option and payment was successfull using bhim app (Transaction id[protected], but recharge failed. I had mailed billdesk customercare ([protected]@billdesk.com) regarding the issue, but didnt get any response. Please check the issue and refund the amount.

                        I booked bus ticket in ksrtc website in the name of anil s b on 16/10/17. I tried twice.in first attempt i cancelled because of security alert message in my mobile.in second attempt i booked the ticket from ballari to shivamogga successfully. But amount deducted in first till now i didn't received back. I have attached my bank statement for your reference.

                          I was made recharge for jio sim no. [protected] and plane 399/- by paytm, and i got message by paytm to conform that payment, and they gave me id; [protected] to billdeskutil. Om same day of recharge request 13th oct., but until today i not revived recharge,

                          So kindly now solve my problem, i was did again recharge my direct net banking so now my money back to credit my paytm wollate pl.

                          Are left 5 days of transaction

                            On 16.10.17 i have paid my pending property tax due online through internet banking to paygov (Municipal corporation patna bihar), my transaction ref. Is-igaceylkl6. I acknowledged throu confermation sms by bz-sbiinb at 02.22 pm on 16.10.17 rs 7370.80 had been deducted from my acount. But till now (18/10/17), neither from corpration side nor from billdesk side payment receipt generated. My property tax due is still pending. Where my money is? Pls look into the matter seriously & do need full.

                                        I have paid my jio postpaid bill of 358 rs through upi, but still in my application, the status is showing that the payment is due, though the amount haa been deducted and i, even recieved the message regarding my successful transaction. Kindly either refund my money or grant my payment so that i can continue to use my jio sim card and its services.
