      I made a complain on 06.09.2017. Your id no 1696579. For refund of money against cesc bill payment which is lying in your office. It's one months past no action has been taken from your end. You have referred the case to indialdeas.com. But sorry to inform you that no action has been taken from their end.           Also paid an amount of Rs.20/- which is also not credited to tata sky.

          Please rectify
          I paid the electricity bill of rs. 6820 for may month on June 7th through Tez application.
          The amount got debited from my account at the same time since last 7 days but it is not reflecting in bses account. I checked with tez, they said transaction was successful and amount was debited same time from my account. I checked with bses, they said, they have not received it. I checked with my bank, they also said that amount has already been debited from my account.
          The amount got deducted from my account but the payment is not received by bses delhi. Please look into the issue and take necessary actions.

                    On 4/10/2017 i paid my hdfc credit card bill amount rs.9069.72 through bill desk from my canara bank account but during transaction error occurred and displayed transaction failed. But amount got debited from my canara bank account. I called hdfc bank they told amount will be reflected after 3 days oly. I need to know whether my amount got credited. Or if it is not then i want my amount back to canara bank.

                            Amount debited from my sbi account (Sbi account number [protected]) (Transaction number: sbipg ju[protected]spdcl mumbai) i received this message "sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries"
                            Even the money was debited from my account
                            It is still showing my bill as unpaid.

                            If payment is not made i request for full refund from billdesk.
