Payment was successfull but bill desk could not redirect me to pspcl main website. And no transaction was generated. Amount deducted from source (Icici bank). I have enquired from icici bank customer care, they said payment is done from our end.. Check with bill desk. I have also lodged a complaint at pspcl website and complaint...

Hi i have made 3 time payment for aiims pg 2018 through axis credit card 2 times & 1 time with corporation bank all the 3 time transation has failed and amount has been deducted,, and if we try to call customer care all the time its busy and thee is no response as well, please help us to know weather aiims will repay the same amount to our account...

I applied for the aiims md/ms/mch examination january 2018. The sum of inr 1002.5 has been deducted from my account, yet i the status has not been changed to 'completed' and still shows 'pending'.
I used bank of baroda debit card to make the payment and did so through the pay gov portal. Please look into this matter, since the exam centers in my home state are extremely limited....

I have already written 26 mails including lic and psgupport the incident took place on 21/aug/2017 when i applied for cancellation of lic term plan applied.
The refund was initiated on 24/aug/2017 and it's been 26 days and i haven't received my refund into my account the transaction id is jpmp[protected].
As a proof i have already provided my bank statement from the day from which deduction was made.

Sir, i made a cesc bill against customer id no [protected] on 6.9.2017 through debit card, no confirmation has been received from your end. Though the amount of rs. 1170/- debited from my account. Bank tr prcr/[protected]. Please arrange to refund or transfer the amount to cesc kolkata. It is seen that cesc kolkata has not received the amount. Either you refund the money to my bank account no[protected] or adjust with cesc....

Have booked jio phone via jio website and paid rs.1000/- through pnb net banking. Received transaction id (Fv0000013cec) from jiophone followed with message "transaction failed". But money has been deducted (1000rupees) from my bank account. Till today i haven't get any confirmation message from jio.
In reply to my queries reliance jiophone has confirmed that they have not received any amount of money from this transaction.

I had tried to call your delhi customer care but it is out of service. I had also call cbse care but it also failed. Sir please help me...

Have booked jio phone via my jio app and paid rs.500/- through sbi net banking. Received transaction id (FV00000i6SA8) from jiophone followed with message "transaction failed". But money has been deducted (500 rupees) from my bank account. Till today i haven't get any confirmation message from jio.
In reply to my queries Reliance Jiophone has confirmed that they have not received any amount of money from this transaction.

I am trying to make an online transaction but it is giving some error again and again. The err code is 'pbe10002'. I tried through 2 different pnb accounts, the err is same. Plz suggest a suitable solution.
All the details are correct. I checked 5-6 times. Still giving the same err.
Is it specfic to pnb or does it give the same error for other banks?...

Today i was going to pay my electricity bill in wbsedcl through billdesk with "central bank of india" debit card at 8: pm. After proceeed for payment a page was come which shows "505 not found". So my payment became unsuccessful but my account is debited.

I had made a payment of electricity bill to jvvnl via icici netbanking on 3rd september 2017.

The amount 10, 996 was debited from my account but was declined at the receiver's end. I did not get my refund till now.

Please look into this matter and provide support to customers who are facing such issues from your end....

While booking jio phone from my phone number [protected] money was deducted from debit card but transaction id or booking id not provided. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it. Heard similar complaints on your company it may halt your growth if you continue to steal money from your customers. If you are not able to bear this much heavy load of work don't take these orders...

I would like to say that i have deposited the bill on 02.09.17 against pspcl bill payment of pspcl account no.[protected]
Transaction no. Inb/[protected]. Amount deducted from account, but bill is not adjusted in pspcl.& receipt is not generated.
So, please resolve the issue &send a receipt for this bill.
