But message was not came to mobile from reliance jio

Iam t praveen kumar and i am tried to book two jio phones, but transaction was failed while booking reliance jio phone but payment was debited from my icici bank account through net banking. After completed payment, i get transaction failed message and transaction id was given on screen,
Transaction id: fv000001mv2c. But my rs.1000/- not return back till now.

So kindly look over the issue.

I made a transaction of rs.7000/- through corporation bank to pay hsbc c/c payment on 31/08/17 on 13:55:32 pm from bill desk. Payment from my corporation bank is debited but bill desk shows me transaction failure acknowledgement. My transaction refrenece no is jcrp[protected]. Plz refund the amount in my a/c as soon as possible. I make transaction on this web site

Dear sir,
I have applied an application through online to jntuh for getting the ph. D degree certificate. I have paid the amount of rs.1100/- through online for this application using my debit card no.[protected] on[protected] at 9-39am. The rs.1105/- was deducted from my uco bank account. I didn't receive any reply from jntuh. I have contacted the jntuh official, they told that they have not received any money from my account....

I booked a jio phone also done a payment of 500 rs through my upi address and payment is also debited from my account successfully
But can't get conformation message or any voucher from the jio care phone number [protected] or also not get any voucher on my jio app
Please resolve my complain...

I have made a recharge on my jio no of 399 on 24/08/2018; at 1:08pm
The money got deducted from my payrm wallet but the recharge was not done. The money is gone and still not refunded back to my wallet. Transaction id

It has been 6 days now and i have done enough of talking with both paytm and jio. They both are helpless and since the money is paid to billdeskutil then i need my money back as soon as possible....

I tried to book a jio mobile through jio app at 24 august 2017. I did my transaction through bill desk using my hdfc debit card. The amount got debited from my account. But the transaction shows as failure in jio. I did for 2 times both the time got failure so im sharing both my transaction reference no which is reflecting in my hdfc statement.

While booking for jio phone through jio website on 24th august 2017 at 8:00 pm amount i.E rupees 500 got deducted from my paytm wallet but the payment gateway page showed transaction error. Till now i had neither received any transaction confirmation message from jio on my mobile number nor refund of rupees 500. Please solve this issue and refund my money Asap.

From 24 august evening til now i have tried all the things call them many times, mail many times and they said your issue will resolve i 48 hours, 24 hours but its almost 6 days but my issue is not yet resolved.. Amount is deducted from my account # sb.ac #[protected], but it is describing transaction has declined due to server problem, but till date amount is not credited to my account, please solve this problem and help me in this regard.

Sir, i am jamal shaikh and my issue is rs.500 was deducted my account balance at united bank of india 24/08/2017 dated at evening time. Till now i have not received any jio phone booking message or status till now and not showing and not message sending transaction id for me..

I have done recharge on 22nd august on my airtel number via billdesk. But i did not received the balance in my mumber while the amount was debited from my sbi account. Its been so many days yet i have not got that amount back. My transaction ref no igabwkygu6 for rs.198.0 on 22-aug-17 09:26. I want my amount back. Why company is doing such fraud??
