Today during paying my electricity bill an amount of rs 759 was deducted from my canara bank account and i paid through my debit card but the transaction failed. It doesnt refund back i want bill desk team to please take a look in to the matter and verify it and please refund the amount and i am ready to assist you with any information you require and i am providing my contact number below

    I am a prime member of jio, i had recharge my jio no [protected] on 24 th september 2017 through my paytm, although amount was deducted from my paytm balance but jio was not showing any recharge, this is not good, kindly resolve this issue and refund the amount in my paytm balance or recharge my number so that i can continue my jio services. (Sanjeev kumar)

      Made payment to tatasky with my debit card an amount of rs.1300 on 26.9.2017 at 18.56 hours. The transaction was processed through billdesk.. After card details were submitted, instead of the confirmation page the following page appeared.: "https://www.rummycircle.com/player/addcash/processpayment?source=Billdesk&type-... Seeing this i had to immediately close the browser. The amount was debited to my indian overseas bank account with reference no. F667070o-5000004, but the amount is not credited to tatasky.

          I made a payment of rs.1000 for exam registration to iit madras. Amount was debited from my account and also i received a debit message. But in registration link it is saying pls pay the amount immediately. Kindly pay it to iit or refund my amount. Very urgent. Today is the last day for payment. Do some action right now. Otherwise i am not able to write the exam.

          I have done payment through your gateway at the bsnl app it is showing successful transaction at the bankers site but it was displaying the transaction failed in the bsnl app I am providing you the reference number screen shot and also the app showing transaction failed.so please kindly resolve or refund.

            Sir,
            I made a bill payment (25562/-) to icici credit card through sbi anywhere app. Sbi confirmed that the transfer of amount to billdesk account ([protected]) ref. No. Ub00397924 dated.18.9.17. But till now it not cleared to biller (Icici card biller). The billdesk has no customer call support.
            It is very dissatisfied with the services.
            Please resolve the isue immediately​.

                    I was trying to payment for jio phone booking while making a transaction it shows that transaction failed but after some time i got sms from bank that your money has deducted 500rs i was trying to make payment through bhim app. So i prefer to chat with jio executives they also have no idea about refund process and time it'll take to refund the money which i deducted so please register my complaint and get me resolution as soon as possible

                      I made two transaction of 18600 and 6200 for paying my hdfc credit card bill on 4th september 2017 through bill desk using sbi internet banking but it has not been credited against my card yet. I had confirmed it from sbi and they said it have been settled successfully.
                      I think there is some discrepancies here. Hence, i wanted to re-confirm the card number for which payment was done.
                      I do not think i have given the card number wrong especially when we enter it twice to confirm before payment.

                      I need to know where is the issue when both the companies (Hdfc and sbi) are saying different things.
                      I want to confirm against which card number this transaction has been credited. And if the card number is correct then why it is not credited at the biller's end.

                        Hi, i am a resident of zirakpur. I have made an online electricity bill payment using icici netbanking on 19 sept 2017. Payment was successfull but bill desk could not redirect me to pspcl main website. And no transaction was generated. Amount deducted from source (Icici bank). I have enquired from icici bank customer care, they said payment is done from our end.. Check with bill desk. I have also lodged a complaint at pspcl website and complaint id is8885699 payment amount is rs.4820.                               I applied for the aiims md/ms/mch examination january 2018. The sum of inr 1002.5 has been deducted from my account, yet i the status has not been changed to 'completed' and still shows 'pending'.
                              I used bank of baroda debit card to make the payment and did so through the pay gov portal. Please look into this matter, since the exam centers in my home state are extremely limited.

                              I recharged my mobile phone through BSNL portal via Billdesk. There was no confirmation message from BSNL about my recharge and payment credit was taken too long. The amount Rs.220 debited from the bank account but recharge of my mobile was not done. The ref. ID is PGSM[protected].Please credit the amount Rs.220 to my bank account.

                                I have already written 26 mails including lic and psgupport the incident took place on 21/aug/2017 when i applied for cancellation of lic term plan applied.
                                The refund was initiated on 24/aug/2017 and it's been 26 days and i haven't received my refund into my account the transaction id is jpmp[protected].
                                As a proof i have already provided my bank statement from the day from which deduction was made.
                                At first they asked for transaction id i provided it.
                                Then they asked for bank statement as a proof i provided it
                                Now they are saying to mail to my bank (Pnb) to provide in writing that they haven't received the amount.
                                Please it has already been one month approx refund my amount without any further delay.

                                        Have booked jio phone via jio website and paid rs.1000/- through pnb net banking. Received transaction id (Fv0000013cec) from jiophone followed with message "transaction failed". But money has been deducted (1000rupees) from my bank account. Till today i haven't get any confirmation message from jio.
                                        In reply to my queries reliance jiophone has confirmed that they have not received any amount of money from this transaction.
                                        Further they have advised to check at source, that is billdesk.
                                        So, necessary action to be taken by billdesk payment gateway for refund of debited money from my pnb account
