      Dear all,

      I had done my payment of jio prime no. [protected] on dated 26.08.2017 through canara bank

      Payment ref no. Is billdsk-jcnb[protected]-billdsk of rs. 399.

      But jio customer care says they did not get any payment and stop my internet activity.

      They do not find this transaction and i did not print the copy of payment

      Kindly look into it and reply asap.

        I was trying to payment for jio phone booking while making a transaction it shows that transaction failed but after some time i got sms from bank that your money has deducted 500rs i was trying to make payment through bhim app. So i prefer to chat with jio executives they also have no idea about refund process and time it'll take to refund the money which i deducted so please register my complaint and get me resolution as soon as possible

          I made two transaction of 18600 and 6200 for paying my hdfc credit card bill on 4th september 2017 through bill desk using sbi internet banking but it has not been credited against my card yet. I had confirmed it from sbi and they said it have been settled successfully.
          I think there is some discrepancies here. Hence, i wanted to re-confirm the card number for which payment was done.
          I do not think i have given the card number wrong especially when we enter it twice to confirm before payment.

          I need to know where is the issue when both the companies (Hdfc and sbi) are saying different things.
          I want to confirm against which card number this transaction has been credited. And if the card number is correct then why it is not credited at the biller's end.

            Hi, i am a resident of zirakpur. I have made an online electricity bill payment using icici netbanking on 19 sept 2017. Payment was successfull but bill desk could not redirect me to pspcl main website. And no transaction was generated. Amount deducted from source (Icici bank). I have enquired from icici bank customer care, they said payment is done from our end.. Check with bill desk. I have also lodged a complaint at pspcl website and complaint id is8885699 payment amount is rs.4820. Transaction id is bil/[protected], pspcl account no is z74zk240284f, kindly resolve it at earliest. Thanks

                Hi i have made 3 time payment for aiims pg 2018 through axis credit card 2 times & 1 time with corporation bank all the 3 time transation has failed and amount has been deducted,, and if we try to call customer care all the time its busy and thee is no response as well, please help us to know weather aiims will repay the same amount to our account

                  Hello sir,

                  I applied for the aiims md/ms/mch examination january 2018. The sum of inr 1002.5 has been deducted from my account, yet i the status has not been changed to 'completed' and still shows 'pending'.
                  I used bank of baroda debit card to make the payment and did so through the pay gov portal. Please look into this matter, since the exam centers in my home state are extremely limited.

                  I recharged my mobile phone through BSNL portal via Billdesk. There was no confirmation message from BSNL about my recharge and payment credit was taken too long. The amount Rs.220 debited from the bank account but recharge of my mobile was not done. The ref. ID is PGSM[protected].Please credit the amount Rs.220 to my bank account.

                    I have already written 26 mails including lic and psgupport the incident took place on 21/aug/2017 when i applied for cancellation of lic term plan applied.
                    The refund was initiated on 24/aug/2017 and it's been 26 days and i haven't received my refund into my account the transaction id is jpmp[protected].
                    As a proof i have already provided my bank statement from the day from which deduction was made.
                    At first they asked for transaction id i provided it.
                    Then they asked for bank statement as a proof i provided it
                    Now they are saying to mail to my bank (Pnb) to provide in writing that they haven't received the amount.
                    Please it has already been one month approx refund my amount without any further delay.

                      I am a medical pg aspirant. I have paid my exam fee online using canara bank debit card for aiims md/ms entrance exam on aiimsexams.org.
                      My money 1002 rs has been deducted from my a/c but on aiims website payment shown unsuccessful.

                      Niether did i get my money back nor the payment for exam shown successful. On submissin of complaint i got link of your website.
                      Your website wanted feedback... Here it is
                      Shall i proceed again for transaction or wait. How do i get my money back.

                        Both payments were not completed. I wrote them about the complaint to [protected]@billdesk.com, but not responded so far

                        Please be careful about the payment through bill desk

                          Sir, i made a cesc bill against customer id no [protected] on 6.9.2017 through debit card, no confirmation has been received from your end. Though the amount of rs. 1170/- debited from my account. Bank tr prcr/[protected]. Please arrange to refund or transfer the amount to cesc kolkata. It is seen that cesc kolkata has not received the amount. Either you refund the money to my bank account no[protected] or adjust with cesc.

Received transaction id (Fv0000013cec) from jiophone followed with message "transaction failed". But money has been deducted (1000rupees) from my bank account. Till today i haven't get any confirmation message from jio.
                            In reply to my queries reliance jiophone has confirmed that they have not received any amount of money from this transaction.
                            Further they have advised to check at source, that is billdesk.

                                  I was paying my vodafone bill . Money was deducted from my account, later when it returned to billdesk webpage i got an error message saying internal error.

                                    While payment of lic housing career/exam fee, from my account the
                                    Amount has to debit and then its show that "transaction is failure".

                                    The transaction is done through sbi internet banking.

                                      pbe10002 error

                                      I am trying to make an online transaction but it is giving some error again and again. The err code is 'pbe10002'. I tried through 2 different pnb accounts, the err is same. Plz suggest a suitable solution.
                                      All the details are correct. I checked 5-6 times. Still giving the same err.
                                      Is it specfic to pnb or does it give the same error for other banks?...

                                      मैंने avvnl के k no[protected] की माह जून जुलाई 17 की बिल की राशि sbi से ऑनलाइन भुगतान दिनांक 6 अगस्त 17 को txn no igabtxbep2 द्वारा 3:21 pm पर किया है । सर मैं डूंगरपुर जिले का निवासी हु । मेरे लिए 2994 ₹ की राशि बहुत ही बड़ी राशि है । कृपया इसे मेरेsbi के खाता नंबर [protected] ifsc sbin32071 में लौताने की कृपा करे ।
