    Iam t praveen kumar and i am tried to book two jio phones, but transaction was failed while booking reliance jio phone but payment was debited from my icici bank account through net banking. After completed payment, i get transaction failed message and transaction id was given on screen,
    Transaction id: fv000001mv2c. But my rs.1000/- not return back till now.

    So kindly look over the issue.

            I have applied an application through online to jntuh for getting the ph. D degree certificate. I have paid the amount of rs.1100/- through online for this application using my debit card no.[protected] on[protected] at 9-39am. The rs.1105/- was deducted from my uco bank account. I didn't receive any reply from jntuh. I have contacted the jntuh official, they told that they have not received any money from my account.
            Hence i am requesting you to look into this matter and transfer the money into the account at the earliest.

                I have made a recharge on my jio no of 399 on 24/08/2018; at 1:08pm
                The money got deducted from my payrm wallet but the recharge was not done. The money is gone and still not refunded back to my wallet. Transaction id

                  I tried to book a jio mobile through jio app at 24 august 2017. I did my transaction through bill desk using my hdfc debit card. The amount got debited from my account. But the transaction shows as failure in jio. I did for 2 times both the time got failure so im sharing both my transaction reference no which is reflecting in my hdfc statement.

                  I hope it ll get refunded to my account back soon. Please take a step to slove this issue asap.

                    While booking for jio phone through jio website on 24th august 2017 at 8:00 pm amount i.E rupees 500 got deducted from my paytm wallet but the payment gateway page showed transaction error. Till now i had neither received any transaction confirmation message from jio on my mobile number nor refund of rupees 500. Please solve this issue and refund my money Asap.

                        Sir i had book a jio phone from jio.com on 24 august and my payment i deducted from my debit card and i have also got a trasaction number of that payment which is 'sbipg jt[protected]reliancejio mumbai'.. From 24 august evening til now i have tried all the things call them many times, mail many times and they said your issue will resolve i 48 hours, 24 hours but its almost 6 days but my issue is not yet resolved.. Kindly help me with that issue and take some action against jio for that inappropriate working...

But i did not received the balance in my mumber while the amount was debited from my sbi account. Its been so many days yet i have not got that amount back.
