Have booked jio phone via my jio app and paid rs.500/- through sbi net banking. Received transaction id (FV00000i6SA8) from jiophone followed with message "transaction failed". But money has been deducted (500 rupees) from my bank account. Till today i haven't get any confirmation message from jio.
In reply to my queries Reliance Jiophone has confirmed that they have not received any amount of money from this transaction.
Further they have advised to check at source, that is Billdesk.
So, necessary action to be taken by Billdesk Payment Gateway for refund of debited money from my SBI account.
