I was doing a transaction for jio phone through their app. But after i paid for the jio phone my money got deducted. But i didn't receive any confirmation message.

Jio are asking me to wait for some time, but i want to know if my transacation completed or not. Kindly refund my money pls. It's a request. Please

On 24.08.2017 while trying to book jio phone i paid Rs.500 towards booking amount using my debit card but the payment failed the transaction id is-FAV000000XEH8, and the no on which i booked [protected]. please kindly register my complaint and refund the amount.

      On 21.08.2017 online transaction (Amount
      Rs. 7500) via billdesk failed. The transaction was done by my sbi debit card. The receipent was iiest. The error message was"iiest could not be connected". But that amount was deducted from my sbi savings account corresponding to that debit card. Till now that amount has not been refunded to my sbi savings account.

              On 24th august 2017 i was trying to make payment for jio phone online booking, while making a transaction (Cheque/ref no :[protected] it shows that transaction has been failed but after some time billdesk has been deducted rs.500 from my hdfc account.
              I have not received any information regarding the refund of money either by the billdesk or by the jio.
              I request refund of my amount as soon as possible.

My balance or rs 500 got deducted, but the transaction of booking was not completed. I have contacted jio but they are saying we don't get any transaction or payment from you.

                          The amount has been deducted from my account but bill desk error screen was shown.

                          A confirmation mail has been received from citi bank credit card stating 500 has been deducted from my account.

                          Did not receive any mail from reliance about the order failed transaction id.

                            Yesterday i booked the jio phone twice times but i didn't get any confirmation regarding the mobile. I paid the money through paytm wallet transcation id are

                            I want to know the reason where the fault occur, when i paid the money. For jio mobile.

                              When i tried to pre book jio phone on august 24th 2017. The money was deducted from the debit card account but the transaction failed. After the transaction failure message i did not get any notification from jio about the transaction reversal. No mails or smss. Also i am not finding any options to file complaint regarding this on jio website. Please help

                                After complaining mr abhishek kumar called me back.. And asked y u complained against me... I got this mess forwarded.. But i think they r focusing on the site and complaints.. He is again asking another card no but i denied.. I think they r making fool...
                                I got his num audio clips if anything wrong and i have now otp what they send.. I will further take a mighty action against these frauds..

                                        I have booked jio phone and paid 500 rs from icici bank netbanking vide transaction no. Bil/[protected]/pgmib-/reliancejio_jic. But transaction failed. So, i thought it's a server error. But after some time i get the mail of deduction of 500 rupees from my bank account. But i haven't get any confirmation message or online bill from jio. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Help me regarding this issue.
                                        I have booked another phone through paytm which i got confirmation. Please revert that amount.
