#fraud_jio #balance_deducted #boycott_jio i booked jio phone on jio_com and my 500 balance deducted from paytm but i didn't get any confirmation message & even transaction id showing #null. I complaint report in consumer court because it's not happened with only me more than 500 users comment on my comment on jio fb page (Same problem). My payment of jio phone via paytm is successful but confirmation not received. Why bill desk i have with you this my first my problem and hope the last. I had pre booked jio phone through my jio app and paid rs 500 to billdeskutil using paytm. Money deducted from my paytm wallet but my jio app shown transaction failed and jio phone not booked.

Shown at 8:14pm on 24th august 2017.
Please refund my money or book jio phone pre order.

I was booking jio phone from my jio app and after doing payment from paytm the app does not give any information about my order as well as no notification has been given by jio that your order is confirmed or not. If my order was not placed they should refund my payment or they should complete the order. This all happens today i. E., 24/08/2017 at 7:411pm. Wallet txn no[protected]

I paid jio phone registration charge but my registration is fail and my balance is deduct from my paytm account so plz resolve my problem. I totally complete the registration process but lastly it will be failed and my balance is also deduct from my account. This make me very uncomfortable.
