      #fraud_jio #balance_deducted #boycott_jio i booked jio phone on jio_com and my 500 balance deducted from paytm but i didn't get any confirmation message & even transaction id showing #null. I complaint report in consumer court because it's not happened with only me more than 500 users comment on my comment on jio fb page (Same problem). I have proof of paytm order id & screenshot of everything. #jio_refund_my_money

I have already contacted you & got your reply saying that the confirmation will be received within 24 hrs but 24 hrs . has thus spent but i did not received any confirmation yet.
      The payment has been through AXIS bank debit card.

        My payment of jio phone via paytm is successful but confirmation not received. Why bill desk i have with you this my first my problem and hope the last. Anyaway i have booked another jio phone but i want a refund of before payment which is not confirmed by you but money was debited from my paytm.                 I was trying to payment for jio phone booking while making a transaction it shows that transaction failed but after some time i got sms from bank that your money has deducted 500rs i was trying to make payment through SBI online banking so I prefer to chat with jio executives they also have no idea about refund process and time it'll take to refund the money which I deducted so please register my complaint and get me resolution as soon as possible

                    I had pre booked jio phone through my jio app and paid rs 500 to billdeskutil using paytm. Money deducted from my paytm wallet but my jio app shown transaction failed and jio phone not booked.

                    Shown at 8:14pm on 24th august 2017.
                    Please refund my money or book jio phone pre order.

                                    DEAR SIR,
                                    I am Sukhvinder Singh and my issue is a transaction was failed while booking RELIANCE JIO PHONE but payment was debited through UPI Payment, Upi transaction successful and upi transaction id was given on screen,
                                    transaction id:[protected]
                                    but after payment it show internel error and after refreshing the page it again ask for payment and i didn't get any message from RELIANCE JIO
                                    so kindly solve my problem sir
