      My name is subroto. I am booking jio phone from jio website www.jio.com. but after the phone booking i got a message that transaction is failed and rs 500 is deducted from the card. My area pin code is 700156. Transaction id is fv000001lhj3. Please look into it and let me know when this will be resolved.
      I want to know in how many days i got my money back.

            Hello sir myself nanda kishor total i booked 2 jio phones and amount 1000 deducted from my account witout any voucher details. Request u to provide the order id (Voucher id) or credit my accout with the deducted amount 1000 rupees

            The two transaction of which one was succesfull and showed null id for this transaction and the reference no : jsbi[protected]igabwwhwg5 and mobile number submitted while booking [protected]

            I havent recived any msg to my mobile and the other transaction was transaction failed and the transaction id is : fv000000h8nn

            All what i remember about billdesk is that its career link was found on a job portal. and i had sent my resume on their email id on 28.07.2017. thats it. and that very same day i recvd an sms from vichare express and logistics pvt ltd. for some document delivery. this surely seems to be a fraud. and that too a well laid fraud...
            An amount of INR 500 was debited from my credit card account on 09.08.2017 towards RPSL Bill desk. I have no clue of any transaction with Bill desk. Kindly help me recover this amount.

                      Sir,
                      I have booked for jio phone and it was redirected to billdesk for bill payment and i paid through debit card and transaction id for booking confirmation is fv00000172ml and i didn't get any sms confirmation for ordering and my balance was deducted from bank. I think it is problem of transaction failed in payment wrongly.
                      So, please kindly solve my problem regarding this.

                            #fraud_jio #balance_deducted #boycott_jio i booked jio phone on jio_com and my 500 balance deducted from paytm but i didn't get any confirmation message & even transaction id showing #null. I complaint report in consumer court because it's not happened with only me more than 500 users comment on my comment on jio fb page (Same problem). I have proof of paytm order id & screenshot of everything. #jio_refund_my_money

                              My payment of jio phone via paytm is successful but confirmation not received. Why bill desk i have with you this my first my problem and hope the last. Anyaway i have booked another jio phone but i want a refund of before payment which is not confirmed by you but money was debited from my paytm. Below is document which shows the successful payment to yours company.
                              I hv booked jiophone on 24 Aug 17 at 1957hrs vide billdeskutil order #LPT[protected] through paytm vallet. The amount is deducted but failed the transaction vide jio msg transaction FV000001LEVU. So plz remit the amount to my paytm vallet.

                                      I was trying to payment for jio phone booking while making a transaction it shows that transaction failed but after some time i got sms from bank that your money has deducted 500rs i was trying to make payment through SBI online banking so I prefer to chat with jio executives they also have no idea about refund process and time it'll take to refund the money which I deducted so please register my complaint and get me resolution as soon as possible
