I have booked jio phone on 25.8.17 at 9.30 am (app), Rs 500 has been debited from my account & my transaction i.d. is FV000002UN06. I have already contacted you & got your reply saying that the confirmation will be received within 24 hrs but 24 hrs . has thus spent but i did not received any confirmation yet.
The payment has been through AXIS bank debit card.

I was trying to payment for jio phone booking while making a transaction it shows that transaction failed but after some time i got sms from bank that your money has deducted 500rs i was trying to make payment through SBI online banking so I prefer to chat with jio executives they also have no idea about refund process and time it'll take to refund the money which I deducted so please register my complaint and get me resolution as soon as possible
