I had pre booked jio phone through my jio app and paid rs 500 to billdeskutil using paytm. Money deducted from my paytm wallet but my jio app shown transaction failed and jio phone not booked.
Paytm wallet txn id : [protected] at 8:13pm on 24th august 2017.
Myjio app txn failed id: fv000001mtsf
Shown at 8:14pm on 24th august 2017.
Please refund my money or book jio phone pre order.

                                  I tried to pay my bsnl postpaid mobile connection bill (Invoice no[protected] through billdesk. The amount 1010.00 was debited from my sbi account (Ref no. Jsbi[protected]igabwjzjy5) bsnl transaction id: mgsm[protected] however, my online account is still displaying that the payment is pending.

                                  Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest

                                      I have pay an amount of rs 3337 for booking of indigo flight but transaction declined & the amount debited was not refunded till date. Kindly get the amount refunded in my account on most urgent basis.

                                        On 12.08.2017 i made payment of rs. 1000/- through bhim app towards online recharge of my tata sky. Rs. 1000/- debited from my account but not credited to tata sky.

                                        No update of my complaint received even after lapse of more than 6 days neither amount is refunded to me nor credited in tata sky account.
                                        BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Iam a regular user nof Billdesk .For the past two days Iam unable to do any billdesk transaction . I dont know why my BSNL bill payment declined showing PBE10002 Transaction declined .
                                        Bsnl LL bill paid on 19.08.2017 for Rs 1813 through BSNL portal Billdesk payment mode Amount debited in my Account but status show as Pending kindly resolve the problem and credit the amount in my account
