I'm BIJAY Kumar Biswas on 11/08/2017 pay 3 different WBSEDCL bills, consumers IDs are 1st[protected], 1 months bill, 2nd[protected], 1 month bill and 3rd[protected], 3 months bill. All bills are not paid but amounts are deducted my account. I waiting some days for resolved but the problems are not solve. so Plz I want either refunds the amount or pay the bills. Thanks.

Please solves the problems and the amounts are refunds my bank account. I wish that the problems are solve within 2 to 4 day because I waited near about 3 months to solve the problem. If you're not solve the problems please reply me that you are can't. I will take different way to solve Thanks...

    I had recharged my jio no. Through 'www.jio.com/Jio/portal' using paytm option. I m prime member so i recharged for 399/- but yet now didn't received that amount on my jio no. 399 /- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any recharge I contacted paytm customer care but they said payment done to billdeskutil so please resolve this problem

      Hi i tried to paid my electricity bill by bill desk, after entering all my debit card details clicked on submit button.
      Money deducted from my bank account, but i didnot get any confirmation after entering the details, page was not refreshed for long time and finally showed the message transaction failed due to network issue.
      Could you please refund my money back.

            Jio recharge payment not received
            I paid rs.1197 for my 3 jio numbers through jio app to ([protected]@icici) using [protected]@icici on 16th aug 2017. The reference id is upi/[protected]/[protected]@icici. But the amount is not credited my jio recharge

            I immediately called jio customer care. They mentioned that they have not received any money. Where is the money then?
            Is jio cheating or billdesk?

            I hereby register a complaint to get the refund. Please do the needful.

              On 16th i have made a payment of rs 339 to charge my bsnl mobile number. But for my surprise amount promptly deducted from my bank account but service not activated. Bank is not responsible for such failures happened at bill desk. I have been contacting the land line no [protected] since yesterday no response. My question is why at all such contact numbers are given to customers when no body is there to respond.

              This is not the first time every time it happens, i recommend all not to go with bill desk for any thing.

              Now i demand my money should be returned back & expect immediate reply. Any delay / no reply i shall take up this with consumer court.

                I would like to inform you that, on 17/5/2017 i have given a payment to nsoupg through bill desk payment gateway of rs 18600/- through rupee card. The actual payment amount is 18600 but bill desk took the amount from my bandhan bank account rs 18813.90rs and its transaction id is iur [protected]. Where net banking and offline surcharge are only rs 28 /- and 35/- respectively. Why biildesk did not show me the absurd surcharge rs 213.90/-before payment? Then i must choose other payment mode. There is no transparency in transaction. Only send otp, after inserting it, bildesk stolen a huge money. Don't show any preview. This is cheating. I lodged a complain, no302194in consumer affair on 9-6-17. But billdesk did not response. Please take necessary steps in this regard to return my absurd surcharged to my bank account.                     My name is Gurudas Bhattacharya.
                    The credit transaction of rs 5000 was initiated on 12.8 from your mobile app and second time this problem has been faced by me. After the transaction is successfully through netbanking option using billdesk channel the information was not passed on to the app. This is a harassment to the customer because the money is struck. Since I have given billdesk transaction ref no it takes hardly a few minutes to route the credit to the card but you have preferred to maintain silence. I request you once again to credit the amount to my card ending 7590. I took up with sbi card but no response from them.

                      I was paying my fees of Rs.20000 through Billdesk and the transaction got failed. The amount was deducted from my account but merchant didn't receive the payment. Please refund my money. Transacation Date-09/08/2017. Billdesk is not responding properly and bank is also not helping me in this case. This is not a small amount .                         I received the message from Jio to recharge to continue the Jio service which last day was for current service 18.8.2017 but I have recharged 399 having txn no:JPT25569 and reference Quiry ref.no:35654534 for my Jio no:[protected] from paytm but not credited to JIO account, it is not accepted as such gap, even contacted with paytm that amount paid to JIO through buldeskkutil successfully and remarked to contact with Jio service for details clarity so kindly look into the issue and update my account ASAP. Jio should not tiaup with such vendor where customer getting problem like as me, if my issue will not resolve within TAT I will change my wifi service provider which using for official net of my total team member 60.
                        I have not done recharge for any number. And my Paytm paid and deducted 309. Without any command how can they deduct my balance. Please reverse my money.

                              pay hsbc credit card payment is not credited against my card

                              Hi,

                              My name is senthilkumar, yesterday (7/8/17) i used billdesk service to pay my hsbc credit card payment of rs. 52, 811. It's debited from my bank (Iob) account immediately but not credited to against my hsbc credit card number.

                              Also i haven't received any confirmation from you guys about the transaction.

                              I had made a payment of rs.25, 000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) through my canara bank debit card at 2.59 pm on july 20, 2017.

                              An amount of rs.25, 000/- has been debited from my account in canara bank (A/c number[protected], padmanabha nagar, adyar, chennai 600020.
                              The corporation of chennai website says that there has been no payment received. The payment was made through billdesk and the transaction id is 10864496.

                              Please let me know what should i do?

                                With due i want to inform you that on 11th july, 2017 i made online transaction (Payment) 2 times in “jharbhoomi. Nic.in (Billdkgovernmentofjh)” through hdfc net banking of rs.411.60 and rs.882.00. But in both times transaction (Payment) was unsuccessful but amount was deducted from my account. I enquire in the branch and also mailed in hdfc helpdesk but they have told me that it was successful from the bank's end but in jharbhoomi it is showing that amount is not paid.
                                Sir, please look in this matter and try to credit the amount as soon as possible. For this act of kindness i will be forever thankful & grateful to you.

                                  I have made a transaction using my icici debit card to make a payment of inr 34047. The amount is actually debited from my account but it has not been credited to the beneficiary account. The ref no. For the transaction is jici[protected].

                                  The beneficiary is "directorate of town and country planning”. This is an online payment made for regularisation o[censored]napproved layout icipl estates 1.

                                  Would appreciate if you could confirm whether the amount have been credited to the beneficiary and provide me with the proof for the same.

                                  There is another ref. no. BIL *[protected]* dated 28-Jul-17.
                                  Today i was making a order for my dominoes for Rs322 and i do paid the money through my paytm wallet but the prder was not placed after i paid the money. But 300 rs from my paytm wallet was surely transferred to billdesk. I want my refund of Rs322 as soon as possible.
