I received the message from Jio to recharge to continue the Jio service which last day was for current service 18.8.2017 but I have recharged 399 having txn no:JPT25569 and reference Quiry ref.no:35654534 for my Jio no:[protected] from paytm but not credited to JIO account, it is not accepted as such gap, even contacted with paytm that amount paid to JIO through buldeskkutil successfully and remarked to contact with Jio service for details clarity so kindly look into the issue and update my account ASAP. Jio should not tiaup with such vendor where customer getting problem like as me, if my issue will not resolve within TAT I will change my wifi service provider which using for official net of my total team member 60.
I have not done recharge for any number. And my Paytm paid and deducted 309. Without any command how can they deduct my balance. Please reverse my money.

        pay hsbc credit card payment is not credited against my card

        Hi,

        My name is senthilkumar, yesterday (7/8/17) i used billdesk service to pay my hsbc credit card payment of rs. 52, 811. It's debited from my bank (Iob) account immediately but not credited to against my hsbc credit card number.

        Also i haven't received any confirmation from you guys about the transaction.

        Transaction reference number is : jiob[protected].

        Can you please help...

        I have paid my bsnl landline bill[protected] rs.1170 through bill desk using sbi account. The amount of rs.1170 is debited from account (Transaction id - fcdr[protected]. But when i check to bsnl portal my bill payment status shows "pending". Please do the needful as soon as possible and make payment successful. So that i can get the receipt.

        I had made a payment of rs.25, 000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) through my canara bank debit card at 2.59 pm on july 20, 2017.

        An amount of rs.25, 000/- has been debited from my account in canara bank (A/c number[protected], padmanabha nagar, adyar, chennai 600020.
        The corporation of chennai website says that there has been no payment received. The payment was made through billdesk and the transaction id is 10864496.

        Please let me know what should i do?

          With due i want to inform you that on 11th july, 2017 i made online transaction (Payment) 2 times in “jharbhoomi. Nic.in (Billdkgovernmentofjh)” through hdfc net banking of rs.411.60 and rs.882.00. But in both times transaction (Payment) was unsuccessful but amount was deducted from my account. I enquire in the branch and also mailed in hdfc helpdesk but they have told me that it was successful from the bank's end but in jharbhoomi it is showing that amount is not paid.
          Sir, please look in this matter and try to credit the amount as soon as possible. For this act of kindness i will be forever thankful & grateful to you.

            I have made a transaction using my icici debit card to make a payment of inr 34047. The amount is actually debited from my account but it has not been credited to the beneficiary account. The ref no. For the transaction is jici[protected].

            The beneficiary is "directorate of town and country planning”. This is an online payment made for regularisation o[censored]napproved layout icipl estates 1.

            Would appreciate if you could confirm whether the amount have been credited to the beneficiary and provide me with the proof for the same.

            There is another ref. no. BIL *[protected]* dated 28-Jul-17.
            Today i was making a order for my dominoes for Rs322 and i do paid the money through my paytm wallet but the prder was not placed after i paid the money. But 300 rs from my paytm wallet was surely transferred to billdesk. I want my refund of Rs322 as soon as possible.

Whereas indian overseas bank has given the message that your account has been debited of rs 399/- same amount..

                A payment of rs.1320/- was made by me online through debit card of punjab & sind bank to cesc on 10.07.2017. My relevant bank account was debited immediately but cesc has informed by sms that the payment has been unsuccessful. I have informed to the bank also but till date i have not received the refund of the amount in my account. Please help so that the amount is refunded to my account.

                      This is to inform you that while trying to pay my kolkata municipal corporation (Kmc) property tax online, the amount got deducted from my icici credit card but this did not get credited to kmc a/c due to failure in online transaction.                             I was making payment to jharkhand govt for registration. I got error msg "sorry. We are unable to process your request right now. Try again later."

                            Money was debited from my account though. I talked to my bank and they told me that money has already reached the billdesk. Even after lots of efforts i could not locate any method to check the status of my payment. Only reply i got was "i need to wait for 6 days". I wonder, why should i wait for 6 days. Who is going to pay me the interest for 6 days? Also the billdesk people don't have any helpline number for resolving such issues. They also don't pick up phone on sunday. They are completely off on those days i guess. Also there is no acknowledgement for the complaint e-mail sent to them, not even auto reply.

                            It is very hopeless. Worst service from billdesk. I won't recommend anyone to use this as i have such a bad experience.

                                    Hello sir/mam,
                                    I tried to pay my college fees online for rs.51, 017 on 27.07.2017 around 1.30pm through axis bank easypay. The urn number provided was 31261335. I paid through my corporation bank netbanking services in billdesk payment gateway. My bank account number is [protected]. The amount got debited from my bank but the transaction got timedout. The status in my final receipt shows only pending. Kindly look into it and refund the amount as soon as possible because iam nearing my due date for paying my fees. Thank you!
