Hi team,
I have made two transactions yesterday to pay for telangana mbbs/bds counselling processing fee to kalojinrao university through http://tsmedadm.tsche.in/
The first transaction i made through internet banking of amount 2, 517 rs. Using billdesk. The amount was deducted but i did not get success message in the application.
Then i tried making payment using debit card of the same bank account and made second transaction of amount 2, 529.50 rs. For the same purpose using billdesk, but again the amount was deducted and no success message was shown.
Both the times i got the below error message.

I request you to please resolve this as soon as possible, as it is causing me mental agony and inconvenience.

BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Consumer1212 Billdesk has refunded the amount for one transaction i.e., 2, 517.70 is returned.
But BILLDESK did not refund the amount for this vin/kalojinrao /[protected]/0 dr. 2, 529.50 transaction and the support team is not responding on this issue.
I request the BILLDESK support team to look into this matter urgently. This is causing serious inconvenience to me.
