Transaction failed but deducted amount from bank accounts

I have made online recharge for airtel of rs.349/- on 5.7.2017, and rs.197/- on 6.07.2017, thetc payment done successfully and both amount deduct from account. But airtel serice provider told me that they have not received any payment. What should i do now.

Payment issue from billdesk

On June 28th I have paid to Pizza Hut through Pizza Hut App for an amount of rs 809.61. Amount was paid through paytm with transaction ID #JPT[protected]. Fraud Transaction on my SBI Credit card- Idea Bill desk-Mumbai

Electric bill paid twice online

Failure to inform of the transaction status

I made an online payment from my bank towards the admission fee. While the bank informed me about its successful execution, the receipt was not generated.
