I have made online recharge for airtel of rs.349/- on 5.7.2017, and rs.197/- on 6.07.2017, thetc payment done successfully and both amount deduct from account. But airtel serice provider told me that they have not received any payment. What should i do now.

        Hi

        On June 28th I have paid to Pizza Hut through Pizza Hut App for an amount of rs 809.61. Amount was paid through paytm with transaction ID #JPT[protected]. But from billdesk I got a message as transaction failed. Whereas in paytm the transaction was successful.pizza hut also didnt receive the order.i have mailed to billdesk support also but no response from them. when i called their customer care, they told that we have to sort it out through mail only.

          Hi, i have done payment on pizzahut three time on 6jun 2017 through mvisa and money is deducted fron my wallet but billdesk payment is not done. I am connecting to billdesk, payzapp, pizzahut they say we connectiong to merchant but still nothing from their side. Pizzahut say we didn't have any thing give us 14 digit billdesk id and payzapp say we don't have that we have mvisa id. Billdesk no respone what to do now

            Dear Sir,

            I have received a phone call from num [protected] my reward points are expired and i can get cash back of Rs. 9975/- adjusted against my reward points for shopping or against my out standing bill.

            They asked for my credit card details such as my date of birth and 16 digit card number. I was suspicious and asked how could I believe it. they they read my credit card number, expiry date and after that they mentioned to send the OTP. Then they asked about four transaction and each time 4990/- each will be credited immediately. but instead they have debited by speding on my card for Rs 4990 & 4985, the i got realised that it was for fraudulently spending money from my credit card.

            The transaction was for IDEA CELL-BILLDESK MUMBAI IN.

            Request you not to settle the transactions as its a fraudulent one.

                Paid apspdcl electric bill service number.[protected] through sbi bank netbanking on 30th june, 2017 by using the link https://www.billdesk.com/APCPDCL/apcpdcl.htm

                The first transaction shown fail and paid again in the second transaction successfully. But the electricity bill payment amount is deducted twice vide the transaction receipt nos. Jsbi[protected] and
                Jsbi[protected] transaction date[protected] for the amount of rs. 1944 for single bill on the name of saleem

                Hence, i request you to refund the extra transaction amount.

It is credited from my account transaction inb/[protected] to you. But today[protected], 7.43. A. M. It was not credited to my bsnl landline a/c. We use your bill desk for the past three years i think so. But now we loss our believingness about bill desk. Because it already more than 40 hours gone. Whether you credit that amount to bsnl a/c or you refund to my account. Because that landline number is my office. Without phone and network no work will done.

                          On[protected] i paid rs. 488 through paytm to bill desk to place my order at domino's. After waiting for 45 mins i called at the nearest domino's to know the status of my pizza. But their was no order placed at domino's against my number, i've to stay hungry and now i'm taking regular follow ups from paytm. But they are saying they have successfully transferred my money to bill desk. I'm attaching herewith mail i got from paytm and the payment made through paytm to jubiliant through bill desk.

                          Kindly return my money at the earliest.
