      I tried to put order on pizzahut the payment from paytm to billdesknut got successful but there was no response from corresponding merchant, i asked to paytm they said payment was successful from there side as to ask from billdesknut support. I want my refund back to paytm. Otherwise I have to go to consumer forum for this point. This is not a way to make fool of customers and I am not giving away thi easily Ill put this case further regarding fooling the public and not returning the money back.

      I have paid bill amount as on 20.05.17, through online. But i have not received credit amount in our mobile account. Also amount debited in our bank account. Kindly release my out going calls as soon as possible

          Hi,
          I was making payment to pizzhut using paytm wallet. Payment was made halfway, it got processed via billdesknut but before it reaches to pizzahut transaction failed.
          Billdesknut order #ipt[protected]

          Now, when i raise the issue to paytm, they are saying that "transaction against the wallet txn id: [protected] is still showing successful and there is no refund initiated yet.

            In order to pay electricity bill for the month of April, 2017 amounting to Rs.1850.00 to CESC I used ICICI netbanking facility on 18.05.2017 at about 8.51 pm through billdesk gateway. The amount was debited to my Account but the same is yet to reach to the service Provider i.e.CESC. Kindly look into this and remit the proceeds to CESC at the earliest so that I can enjoy the benefit of Rebate.

                I had ordered pizza from pizza hut on 8th may 2017 @ 21:49 pm..
                I waited till 11:00 pm for the pizza but it never arrived on calling pizza hut they said they never received the order and the money would get refunded in 24 hours... Till today that is 15 th may 2017.. I haven't got my refund.. I have tried calling paytm many times but no avail.. The call doesn't connect at all.
                The amount is 283.22 rupees

                  My account got debited by Rs.1200, but cesc didn't get the payment.

                            On. 4th May 2017, I paid electricity bill amount for JDVVNL of Rs.80, 300 via billdesk.com and the site showed successful transaction with UTR No. ICPN[protected].
                            After 5 days I was refunded the whole amount in my bank account and now JDVVNL says I will have to bear the penalty as the last date to submit the amount was 5th May. They say they never received the amount.
                            Billdesk's helpline caretaker says she can't do anything about it.
                            Who is responsible then? Who will pay the penalty of Rs3000?
                            What wrong did I do in trusting the site?
                            I have already mailed the site for the same issue. I haven't received a reply yet.
                            Please solve the issue on an urgent basis.
