Placed an order on 1 may 2017 with kfc kamla nagar bill amount rs 278.48 via paytm. The amount deduct from my paytm wallet and credit into billdesknut transaction date and time is 1st may 2017 (Date) 13:58:28 (Time) but kfc denied that they received any payment. So i kindly request you to process the refund asap.

    I have received no response from billdesk regarding my earlier query of non-reaching of rs 320000 from sbi to motilal oswal on 28.04, though copy of transaction have been enclosed in the mail sent to pgsupport.
    I have sent rs320000 from my sbi a/c to motilal oswal mutual fund through billdesk payment gateway. The company (Motilal) hasn't received the amount till time. Sbi is confirming that the sum has been debited from my account which is evident from the account statement. A copy of the same has been sent to [protected]@billdesk.com. They have been contacted on 28.04.29.04.30.04 and 01.05 with no avail.

      Last month i have made payments from my hdfc mastercard debit card against cesc monthly bills. Payment details are as follows:

      The payment were made through billdesk payment option only. Till date i have not received any cashback. Please clarify me the status at the earliest.

          My mobile no is [protected] i added money of rs 1000/- in m-pesa but the amount was not credited in my account and was debited from my bank account. I think there is a problem.

          Last month i ported for reliance post paid .. service is too poor .. and customer service is not at all good.. today i called reliance customer service representative kavya and shilpa ... They made me to wait for 1 hour... Nothing will be solved calling 198 and 222. Very poor service..

              I have received only 1 mail from [email protected] informing me that they have tried to trace but didn.t get the amount, They have asked an a/c statement of SBI on 28.04 which I instantly enclosed in the reply mail. Till now I am getting no other response from billdesk regarding the loss of 320000 in transit.It's absolutely unfortunate!

              I have recharge my jio no. - [protected] on[protected] but my number is not recharge and my balance is deducted from account i have confirmation receipt also .my transaction id is ISM[protected] .

                Amount is deducted from paytm wallet but recharge is not done. Paytm is showing recharge successful. But my jio no is still not recharged. Jio customer care say we didn't get the recharge.
                The payment is successfully done by paytm to billdesk but not its is not given to jio by billdesk
                Billdesk Please make jio my payment as soon as possible or either give my money back

                      i had make a payment of rs 309 on 15 april 2017 through paytm and my amount deducted but my number didn't recharged.
                      I am a student and as a student in which way i collect 309 rupees only i knew and if recharge is not success then you should refund the money of customers but you are working like a FRAUD companies... when customer will ask about money then we will do something... what is thai??????

                      so you should refund my money without any late as you have already taken 15 days...

                        On (April 15, 2017) around 21:23pm i was trying to recharge my jio number [protected], with monthly plan of rs 309/- using my jio app. During that process i opted to pay with paytm contact no of paytm [protected], this amount was deducted from my paytm wallet and was paid to ' bilkdeskutil' but my recharge isn't done yet. Please solve the issue or help me/direct me to solve it soon best will be if you refund the amount to my paytm wallet.

                              On 19th 8.55pm i recharged 309 jio currency though billdesk util amount deducted from my paytm account transaction under order id ipt[protected], still iam not getting recharge of my jio mobile so please confirm the order as soon as possible, from paytm side the transaction was successful but your side is the problem your are not sending the money to jio mobile provider so please send the money to the jio or my paytm account

The money has been debited from my account (Karur vysya bank) but the payment process has not been complete.                                     The date i filled a form and made a payment is on 26/04/2017
                                    I had applied for a pan card at https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com website. After going through long process of filling the form finally, it asked for a payment of Rs.117.35/- . I payed it through net banking and twice payment transactions has been cancelled. kinldy refund back my money
                                    I've recharged my jio no. [protected] with jio app through paytm it is showing successfull recharge but not recieved by jio yet so kindly refund my money
