I have recharged my jio number by rs.408 through billdeskutil by paytm but i have not got the amount on number. Because it got failed but amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet. Plz fix this problem. Or tell weather it will refunded in paytm or it will get recharge after sometimes. Plz help me out in this. Or kindly send me the instruction for resolving this problem thankyou
I did my jio recharge of 309 in throught paytm option in myjio app to billdeskutil but recharge did not come and amount deducted from.my paytm wallet plzz fix this problem.immediately

    I made a bill payment to BESCOM through Billdesk the amount of Rs 1056.75 got deducted from my bank account but the payment transaction is failed as per Transaction Status and neither the bill payment is reflected in BESCOM nor the amount is refunded in to my Bank account.

    Kindly find transaction details as below and please do update.

      I made a recharge of 309 rupees on 15th April at 20:28 for the number [protected] through Jio via paytm. But the recharge was not successful nd money was deducted kindly refund the money. Transaction was under order IPT[protected].
      I hope you to cooperate and make the refund soon otherwise I have to complain to consumer services. Moreover please provide customer care number

        I was recharge 309 rs. On 15 april for my jio account my money was deducted from my paytm account but recharge not done so i want my money back or do my recharge i also contact with paytm but they are also complaining on billdeskutil so please help me to get my money back so many people are affected by this type of cheating.

                        On (April 15, 2017) around 11: 39pm i was trying to recharge my jio number [protected] with monthly plan of rs 309/- using my jio app. During that process i opted to pay with paytm contact no of paytm[protected]. This amount was deducted from my paytm wallet and was paid to ' bilkdeskutil' but my recharge isn't done yet. Please solve the issue or help me/direct me to solve it soon best will be if you refund the amount to my paytm wallet.

                                        I paid through my paytm wallet yesterday (14th Apr 2017) and the amount got deducted but Dominos didn't receive any order, I called up at sector 56, Gurgaon store (as the order goes to that store) but they confirmed of no such order, though INR 777 was received by BILLDESK.                                         Transaction was done under order IPT[protected],

                                        I logged an issue with PayTM but they responded saying "as confirmed by the merchant BILLDESK you transaction under order IPT[protected] was successful from our end. We would request you to kindly contact the merchant BILLDESK customer care team for the order confirmation"

                                        Please help
