On (April 15, 2017) around 11: 39pm i was trying to recharge my jio number [protected] with monthly plan of rs 309/- using my jio app. During that process i opted to pay with paytm contact no of paytm[protected]. This amount was deducted from my paytm wallet and was paid to ' bilkdeskutil' but my recharge isn't done yet. Please solve the issue or help me/direct me to solve it soon best will be if you refund the amount to my paytm wallet.

              I would like to tell u that I have just done a recharge of Rs.408 plan of jio and when I make payment of it my money has deducted from my account but i did not get any message from jio about its membership So its a request from u to please check this issue and please return my money to Paytm wallet.Please help.Paytm says that the amount is paid. I dont know to whom it has paid.

                  I paid through my paytm wallet yesterday (14th Apr 2017) and the amount got deducted but Dominos didn't receive any order, I called up at sector 56, Gurgaon store (as the order goes to that store) but they confirmed of no such order, though INR 777 was received by BILLDESK. My contact number is [protected].
                  Transaction was done under order IPT[protected],

                  I logged an issue with PayTM but they responded saying "as confirmed by the merchant BILLDESK you transaction under order IPT[protected] was successful from our end. We would request you to kindly contact the merchant BILLDESK customer care team for the order confirmation"

                            I recharge through bill desk using paytm rs 309 in my jio number [protected] on 13th april 2017. I fill up all the details and ask me to fill the otp. But after given otp the process could not proceed and showing error msg. But my bank account debited with rs 309. I did not receive any recharge in my number. So pleased look in to the matter and credit my amount or recharge my number.

[protected] with 309 jio dhan dhana dhan offer, on dated 13.04.2017 time 9:02 pm, through billdesk, i seen balance deduct on my paytm wallet but i didn't get any recharge on my jio no. I have registered many complaints but nothing have been done. That the billdesk not refund my balance or nor recharge on my jio no. I.e. [protected] now i fully frostrated i am go to file a RTI Against Billdesk your not provide me the status of my transaction id is IPT[protected].
