But yet payment has not been received to nbpdcl from bill desk payments, while amount had been deduced from bank account and transaction status shows successful. I therefore request to you kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. So that our faithful relation make more stronger. For this act of sympathy i shall be obliged forever.         When I have tried 499 amount of recharge to my Jio number, amount is deducted from my Paytm wallet, and recharge is not done. Please return back my money to Paytm wallet . When I mailed to Paytm customer support they told me to contact billdeskutil. Billdesk Util order : IPT[protected]. Paytm wallet transaction I'd : [protected].

        I got call from [protected] just now, he is asking my debit card details, what is happening here, just return the money to my Paytm wallet, I am not going to provide debit card number etc

            I have recharged rs 402(99 for prime membership and 303 for recarge) on my jio no. From jio app through paytm but the rechargd hav not been done.. I have tried as much as possible bt theres no pstve response.. .plz solve this prblm..plzzz plzz plzz. Didn't got any rechargei contacted paytm customer care but they said payment done to billdeskutil so pleasesolve this problem and refunded my amount in paytm wallet.

                    I made a payment to ebay using Paytm wallet, whilst making transaction neither my payment for order was made nor the money was refunded to Paytm wallet. Also Paytm claims that the payment was successful for 354 rupees.

                    This transaction was done on the 7th of April, 2017 at 17:04:52 hours.

                                        I had recharged 303 on my jio number [protected] at 7 april 6:37 pm but not done and my paytm money will also be deducted...please help me!!! order no. [protected] i will ask paytm customer care but they can't help me i will try to call billdesk customer care but the customer care service number is not correct please recharge my jio number or give my money back
