I have made a payment through you to Bsnl on 31.03.17 for Rs.148/-, and which got cancelled. and again on the same day another payment was made for Rs.149/- for which, I got recharged. But the first payment made and which got cancelled is still not credited to my account. Please look into the matter and arrange to credit Rs.148/-

I have paid for jio prime for Rs.402 on 6th april 17 through paytm, money got deducted from my paytm wallet but transaction got halted, when i raise concern with paytm they said money is send to billdesk but till now i didnt got any confirmation from billdesk or jio.

Either i should get my jio recharge or miney should be refunded alingwith interest.

Ihad made a recharge of rs303/-of mobile no:[protected] in the name o[censored]sha kapur from sbi credit card*6138 at 10.33 am on 08/04/2017. Although the amount has been deducted from my sbi credit card*6138 but recharge has failed. Pl get the recharge done today positively or refund the amount of rs 303 refunded immediately so that get the full use of amount.

I have done a transaction for amount rs 303 transaction id - ipt[protected] transaction date - 07april 2017 at 05:35pm paid to billdeskutil for jio summer plan. The payment is deducted from my paytm wallet however there is no confirmation of payment to jio from your side. According to jio representative jio did not receive the payment.

Need your help in resolving and reverting back the payment to my paytm wallet...

Same problem recharge with billdeskutill from 303 on jio app by paytm show recharge successful by paytm but did not received any msg by billdeskutill nor by jio, and not showing on jio app in recharge history recharge was not accepted by jio so please return my money on my paytm wallet or make successful on jio sim

Hi billdesk, Yesterday on 7.4.2017 at 17:27 I tried to recharge my jio number thorough paytm wallet the amount was Rs 303 but the recharge was unsuccessful and on top of that amount was deducted. So I would be greatful if you refund my money in my wallet. My BILLDESK util order#IPT[protected] and wallet order id:[protected]. I would request you to resolve the case as soon as possible and refund the money.

Dear sir I make add money in my Jio money Ac through PNB IBS service the amount is deducted from my bank account but not yet credit on my Jio wallet please look into this serious matter. BILLDESK UTIL ORDER #IPT[protected] recharge of Rs 404 to JIO NUMBER-[protected]. Still waiting for the Prime membership+data recharge. Sort the issue out as this is quite frustrating. Please refund my money to my paytm wallet or provide me the necessary bundled services. I have attached a snapshot of the said transaction below. Please consider my case and resolve it as soon as possible....
