I have done my jio recharge of a bundle pack of 402 for jio prime membership and jio summer offer on 06/04/2017 at 3:25 PM. Waller txn ID: [protected] & billdeskutil order #IPT25262312..
My balance has cutt from the paytm wallet but I have not recived any balance & offer in my jio no. [protected].Please return my cash in my paytm wallet as soon as possile. I shall thankfull you for this.

    I am prime member jio Reliance. I recharged for 303/- but yet now recharge of amount of 303 /- has not been done on my JIO No. Details of transaction are as given below:

    Rs 303 - SUCCESS
    Recharge was not done although Rs303 was deducted from payTM. I request to kindly do the needful.

            I had recharged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option. I am prime member of Jio services so i recharged for 303/- but yet now i didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 303 /-which has been paid to billdeskutil i am worried about it please provide the solution of the same.

            Same issue I recharged my jio number [protected] on 05.04.17 using my Jio app but till today no recharge is done. With reference to complaint made to Paytm, they confirmed through email that payment is successful and it's transferred to Jio. This is the fourth day and Jio neither done the recharge nor did anything to refund

                I have recharged my jio number [protected] twice, firstly for prime subscription on 16th march and later on for 303 pack on 29th march nd I m still waiting for the confirmaction msg.Paytm has already confirmed that payment has been done from their side but error is from ur side as u r the transaction partner of jio.Plz look into matter nd sort it out asap.

                  Dear Sir or Madam:

                  I had paid my landline Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited(BSNL) telephone bill through my credit card for amount of Rs 2060/- on 11 Mar 17 through Billdesk services. The same has been debited against my account on my credit card for the month of Mar17.

                  However it is observed that on logging in my account at the BSNL site, the transaction of the same has not been shown(image attached) and further the same amount has been added to the bill for the month of Apr 2017.

                  During the course of transaction by credit card, the session ceased giving a blank web page and I could not get the transaction id.

                  Since BSNL have not received the amount and are billing me the same in the current month, I request that the amount of Rs2060/- be credited back into my account.

                                Last month I have made 3 payments from my Canara Bank Visa Debit card against CESC monthly bills. Payment Details are as follows:

                                1. Transaction Ref No : IHMP[protected], dated 16/3/17 amounting Rs. 750/- against CESC, Kolkata consumer ID [protected]

I m prime member so i recharged for 303/- but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 303 /- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any rechargei contacted paytm customer care but they said payment done to billdeskutil so pleasesolve this problem

                                    I have done a transaction for amount Rs 303 - Transaction Id - IPT[protected] Transaction Date - 04 April 2017 at 11:05:05 AM paid to BILLDESKutil for Jio Prime Membership and monthly recharge. The payment is deducted from my Paytm Wallet however there is no confirmation of payment to JIO from your side. According to Jio representative Jio did not receive the payment. Then I talked to Paytm executive and they told me payment at successful at Paytm end. Return my money, my contact number is [protected] and me e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                      I have recharge through jio app and pay money from paytm they deduct my 303 rs but recharge not done they told me that they pay money to billdesk and now bill desk didn't pay my money to jio sirr my wallet txn id is[protected] sir i have message of deducting money from paytm sirrr please help and return my money as soon as possible i am really frustrated from this service please help
