Dear Sir/Madam,

I made a payment to ebay using Paytm wallet, whilst making transaction neither my payment for order was made nor the money was refunded to Paytm wallet. Also Paytm claims that the payment was successful for 354 rupees.

This transaction was done on the 7th of April, 2017 at 17:04:52 hours.

Ebay Item id :[protected]

As assured that the money would be refunded within 48 hours if transnactions is unsuccessful but doesn't quite seems like. I'd be grateful if you'd please notify regarding this soon as possible.

The payment is deducted from my Paytm Wallet however there is no confirmation of payment to JIO from your side. According to Jio representative Jio did not receive the payment. Need your help in resolving and reverting back the payment to my Paytm wallet...

        Same here. Please refund. Transaction ID [protected]. I did Jio recharge of ₹ 402 and paytm showed it as successful, but the pack was not activated in Jio.Jio prime member ship and summer special offer through paytm but there is no confirmation from your site.

              I paid 499 from my paytm cash for reliance Jio recharge 3 days ago . The transaction was successful as a result of which 499 was deducted from my paytm cash but didn't get Jio confirmation message . Asked both paytm says transaction was successful from their side and Jio says didn't receive any payment. Suggest for cash refund of mine or anything else

                I was filling form of Set and during payment my balance of Rs 2500 deducted from my account but the transaction fail...I only want that money back...Pls it is urgent..

                        I have made a payment through you to Bsnl on 31.03.17 for Rs.148/-, and which got cancelled. and again on the same day another payment was made for Rs.149/- for which, I got recharged. But the first payment made and which got cancelled is still not credited to my account. Please look into the matter and arrange to credit Rs.148/-

                          I have paid for jio prime for Rs.402 on 6th april 17 through paytm, money got deducted from my paytm wallet but transaction got halted, when i raise concern with paytm they said money is send to billdesk but till now i didnt got any confirmation from billdesk or jio.

                          Either i should get my jio recharge or miney should be refunded alingwith interest.

                                    I am jio customer using postpaid connection.
                                    My jio number is [protected], I am an prime member who have taken plan of 303 traffic plan.

                                    Since in app it was given for postpaid we need to provide 400 has security deposit, I did the same . I paid it via my jio app, payment mode with Paytm app. I received successfully recharge to billdeskutil order# IPT[protected] with wallet transaction# [protected]. But no update of the transaction of whether I have received jio summer surprise either in my jio app or any message from jio. Customer support is not responding.
