I had reachrged my jio no. through MyJio website using paytm option.i m prime member so I recharged for 303/- but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 303 /- has been paid to BILLDESKutil but my jio no. didn't got any recharge i contacted paytm customer care but they said payment done to BILLDESKutil so please solve this problem.

              Last month I have made 3 payments from my Canara Bank Visa Debit card against CESC monthly bills. Payment Details are as follows:

              1. Transaction Ref No : IHMP[protected], dated 16/3/17 amounting Rs. 750/- against CESC, Kolkata consumer ID [protected]
              2. Transaction Ref No : IHMP[protected], dated 16/3/17 amounting Rs. 910/- against CESC, Kolkata consumer ID [protected]
              3. Transaction Ref No : IHMP[protected], dated 16/3/17 amounting Rs. 1080/- against CESC, Kolkata consumer ID [protected]
              All the payments were made through BillDesk Payment Option only. Till date I have not received any cashback. Please clarify me the status at the earliest.

                I had recharged my jio no [protected] on 8 th April at 6.24 am of 303 rupees.This amount was paid through paytm and jio app.but this has not paid to my jio number. The transaction id [protected]. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible. ..

                  I have done a transaction for amount Rs 303 - Transaction Id - IPT[protected] Transaction Date - 04 April 2017 at 11:05:05 AM paid to BILLDESKutil for Jio Prime Membership and monthly recharge. The payment is deducted from my Paytm Wallet however there is no confirmation of payment to JIO from your side. According to Jio representative Jio did not receive the payment. Then I talked to Paytm executive and they told me payment at successful at Paytm end. Return my money, my contact number is [protected] and me e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                      I have tried to make a payment of my axis bank credit card bill through bill desk but i got transaction failure status but the amount has been deducted from my icici bank account. Bill desk is not responding properly. I am trying since last 2 days but billdesk is not responding. Nobody is feeling responsible for my loss.

                            I did recharge of Rs 303 for my reliance Jio number on 4 april at 4:16 PM via MyJio App selecting Paytm as payment Mode. But somehow it got failed still i have neither have received recharge nor amount refunded in my wallet. On calling Paytm Care they are refusing to help saying transaction is successful from their end to the merchant BILLDESKUtil and asking to contact Reliance Jio Care, so i did called Reliance Care too, they also refused to help saying there is no record of such transaction at their end. Where did the money gone ?? Kindly help.

                              On 31st March 2017 I made a Payment of Rs16977/- through "onlinesbh.com" to SBI Card.
                              The amount was debited from my account.
                              But not realised by SBI Card. On inquiry with SBI Card Customer Care personnel it was told that the ammount is not credited. Today I have done a payment through your billdesk . money got deducted and I got message in my mobile for deduction of the money. but in the website it is not redirected to payment success status. still it is reloading... I know that during the payment time one shouldn't refresh or back in the browser. I didn't do that. all this was happened automatically. So, Sir/madam please help me to get the amount (Rs.107/-) refund.
