For jio prime membership and monthly recharge (Jio mob number - [protected]), i have done a transaction yesterday for amount rs 402 - transaction id - [protected] transaction date - 31 mar 2017 at 14:35 paid to billdeskutil, however after money got deducted there was an error occured on page.
Then evening have done another same transaction for amount rs 402, transaction id - [protected] transaction date - 31 mar 2017 at 21:08 paid to billdeskutil.
Both the payments deducted from my paytm wallet and there is no confirmation from your side.

Request to resolve and revert back the payment to my paytm wallet.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I had reachrged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option. I m prime member so i recharged for 303/- but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 303 /- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any rechargei contacted paytm customer care but they said payment done to billdeskutil so pleasesolve this problem

      Please check it online rather than relying on myJio app.

      Login to it with ur email ID and password and go to : "My Plans"
      Under that, u have "Active Plan" and "Upcoming Plan"
      Check in the second one and you should see all new recharges done except "Prime Membership" as it is already active now.

      Dont rely on any repsonse from Jiocare. They normally dont respond :)

            I placed an order for a multipurpose toolkit to eBay yesterday and paid via my paytm wallet.. The payment is done and I got confirmation of payment in a msg as follows.

            But there is no conformation of the order of purchase... I don't have any way of even tracking my money at billdesk..

                    The money is not yet refunded... and for your kind information few people are misusing this forum and are using the information to cheat people. I had registered in your site and within few minutes of registering complain I received an call to my mobile phone asking for debit card and otp password .They were promising me that they will refund the money immediately. They had made few transaction .

                              Below complain I lodged to the billdesk as well as aircel about 15 days back till date I haven't received any information or ticket number from Billdesk. most of the Indian agencies are using this payment gateway but unfortunately they do not have any customer complain settlement system.

                              I made a payment to Aircel Mobile bill using your payment gateway on 06/03/2017 using upi link I paid from [protected]@icici and my account says that it is paid to [protected]@icici. but Aircel refuse that they have received the payment and bank says that payment was success full.                                   25/03/2017 ihad recharge mobile bsnl topup100 in two time in [protected].in all time amount is debited and request processing and error occur and mobile topup not recharge.l had recharge bsnl portal debit card and bill disk gateway.bill disk gateway debited my amount .in all time request processing and after some time error occur.please refund my amount in two time recharge

                                  About an hour before i just recharged from my paytm account for the jio prime. The recharge is not done but the amount have been reduced from my account.
                                  Cancel it ASAP. I don't want this anymore.

                                    I have made an online payment of INR 4439.0 towards payee BILL DESK BPC on Mar, 27, 2017 at 15:13 hours. But I am not getting my premium receipt from LIC portal. Infect policy still due.

                                    Please tell me when my money will reach to LIC INDIA. So we can download receipt online.

                                    I have made transaction by online banking from ICICI bank INR 4439.00. But we are not get any receipt from the licindia portal.

                                      I have recharged my Vodafone no [protected] through ICICI Bank by My Vodafone app.After recharging an amount of 50 ps is reducing from my Vodafone Number main balance from 2 days.So kindly deactivate this service from my mobile number so that no amount should reduce from my Mobile balance.This problem is occurring from 2 days.So kindly resolve this balance reducing issues

                                        Hi Sir,
                                        Yesterday someone has used my ICICI Credit Card to do his bill payment at billdesk Mumbai. I have authentication/transaction ID. Could you please help me to check the transaction details.
                                        Transaction ID is 443758.

                                        I have called ICICI customer care but they are saying that they have only transaction ID and no other details about the person who did the transaction. But when tried to check with Airtel Customer Care, they are asking for the mobile number for which payment is done.

                                        Both the side I am not getting any positive responce.

                                        Kindly help me out to get my money refunded.
