I tried to pay the outstanding bill amount for Account Number [protected] Today 04 Apr 2017, the bill did not get paid but the amount was deduced from the account.

I confirmed with the bank, the transaction was successful at their end, but i did not get any mail or message of confirmation. Please assist with this.

    I did recharge of Rs 303 for my reliance Jio number on 31st March at 11:52 PM via MyJio App selecting Paytm as payment Mode. But somehow it got failed still i have neither have received recharge nor amount refunded in my account. On calling Paytm Care they are refusing to help saying transaction is successful from their end to the merchant BILLDESKUtil and asking to contact Reliance Jio Care, so i did called Reliance Care too, they also refused to help saying there is no record of such transaction at their end. Where did the money gone ?? Kindly help me please

        I have tried to make a payment of my HDFC credit card bill through BILL DESK but i got transaction failure status but amount has been deducted from my VIJAYA BANK account. Bill desk is not responding properly. I am trying since last friday but bill desk and vijaya bank are playing blame game. Nobody is telling where is my money. I am furnishing details below

                  I made a payment of rs. 99/- through myjio app using paytm option for jio prime membership. Amount has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any recharge confimation from jio. I complaint to jio regarding this recharge. Jio service request no. Sr000007pt3m. According to jio representative jio not received the payment. Then i talked to paytm executive. They told me payment at successful at paytm end. And he suggest to talk with billdeskutil. I already mail you but still waitng for your reply. Please request you to solve this problem as soon as possible and refund the money.

                        For jio prime membership and monthly recharge (Jio mob number - [protected]), i have done a transaction yesterday for amount rs 402 - transaction id - [protected] transaction date - 31 mar 2017 at 14:35 paid to billdeskutil, however after money got deducted there was an error occured on page.
                        Then evening have done another same transaction for amount rs 402, transaction id - [protected] transaction date - 31 mar 2017 at 21:08 paid to billdeskutil.
                        Both the payments deducted from my paytm wallet and there is no confirmation from your side.

                        Request to resolve and revert back the payment to my paytm wallet.

                            Please check it online rather than relying on myJio app.

                            Login to it with ur email ID and password and go to : "My Plans"
                            Under that, u have "Active Plan" and "Upcoming Plan"
                            Check in the second one and you should see all new recharges done except "Prime Membership" as it is already active now.

                            Dont rely on any repsonse from Jiocare. They normally dont respond :)

                                  I placed an order for a multipurpose toolkit to eBay yesterday and paid via my paytm wallet.. The payment is done and I got confirmation of payment in a msg as follows.

                                        I would like to tell u that I have just done a recharge of Rs.303 plan of jio and when I make payment of it my money has deducted from my account but my payment process has been declined.So its a request from u to plzz check this issue and plzzz return my money to sme .And plzz take a strict action about ur services I'm not happy with ur service.Your company always do this type of mistake so please take a action for this type of mistake and pleaze its a request u to refund my back to my account
