I made online payment for BSNL Landline[protected] bill of amount Rs.770-00 on 05/03/2017. The bill amount has been deducted from my ICICI Bank account but not received by BSNL. The Transaction ID with remark in my account is BIL /[protected] / LandlinePayment / BSNLPOST HIC151
Please resolve my problem so that i can recover my amount and be able to pay my bill before due date which is 28/03/2017. Please note that I am regularly choosing BILLDESK and this is the first time that encountered this problem.

    I was placing an order from ebay using my PayTM wallet but due to some error during payment the order didn't get placed and my amount of Rs.450 was debited from my PayTM account. So in accordance to that I want you to kindly return the money to back to my PayTm account. The ebay customer care is saying that the order is not placed and also I haven't got the order confirmation or I should say that there is no log showing in my ebay account that the particular product has been payed by me.
    So I would request you to kindly see into my matter, and process the refund as soon as possible.

    I have recharged two bsnl phone numbers ie, [protected] for Rs.219 on 25/2/17 Ref.No.HSBT[protected]IGAAWAFSV9 and [protected] for Rs.50/- on 20/2/17 Ref.No.HSBT[protected]IGAAVFSYG7. But the phone numbers are not recharged till this date and amount was not recreditted to my account.Please clarify this at the earliest.

        But after online payment internet connection is gone. and payment done not reflect in torrent power site.

        So, receipt for payment done is not recd. for the same.

        Please do the needful ASAP and send the receipt to my register E-mail ID.

          I have paid my HDFC Credit card(Card No-#### #### #### 8416) bill on 24 Feb 2017 from SBI bank net banking through billdesk. My transaction reference number is - HSB[protected]IGAAVVRTU2. I got mail acknowledgement of success but it is not credited .Please look into the matter . Transaction amount is Rs.5475 .

          Is there any option to edit my above complaint as it needs .. because the problem is with Billdesk processing time not with creditcard.
          I have made payment of BSNL bill payment of Rs 763/- on 24 Feb 2017 from SBI bank net banking through billdesk. My transaction reference number is - HSB[protected]IGAAVVTFE1 But it is not credited . Please look into this matter.
          As BSNL is showing transaction failed where as my SBI A/c is debited with Rs 763/-

                    I have paid my hdfc credit card bill on 23rd Feb 2017 from from ICICI Bank NetBanking through billdesk. My Transaction reference number is - HICI[protected]. But it is not credited. Please look into this. And today is February 26th February. It's maximum 3days required for credited the amount. My transaction amount is 5100. And the status is success.
                    BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    I am not able to complete transaction, I have a RuPay Syndicate bank debit card, Everytime I visit the bill desk it redirects be back saying transaction failed, where as no problems with my card before this. The cards works fine, has worked fine before too, and this is very inconvenient. I hope the issue will be resolved ASAP.
                    What is the cause for Secure Authentication failure?
                    I was trying to do an online payment for LIC via their portal which transfer me to billdesk secure site.
                    I have tried using different browser but that did not work.
                    I have cleared my cache but still no luck

                    Hope to get some help please.

                      I tried to make a payment to submit an exam fee through Bill Desk from ICICI Netbanking which ends with a message "Due to some technical issue your transaction has been cancelled" but the same amount was deducted from my account. It happens two times, that cost me 406.00 + 406.00 rs.
                      When i raise the concern to the ICICI they replied "Transaction has been completed from our end please contact the merchant to follow up on the same issue."

                            I had paid my BSNL land line bill on 17 Feb 2017 at 15:54 hours for Rs.1838.00 through BillDesk with transaction ID No. [protected].

                            The amount is deducted from my ICICI bank account. However the same has not been credited to BSNL. The payment is through Billdesk.

                            I am still getting SMS from BSNL to pay the amount of Rs 1838.00 and the last date is 25 Feb 2017.

                            Pl refund the same immediately as the amount is deducted from my bank account but you have not paid to BSNL.

The Total amount disbursed from my account is Rs. 396.60 only . Kindly either arrange to deposit the bill amount to the biller immediately or refund the amount to my account with out further delay as I have to make alternative arrangement for payment of the bill.
