I have paid my hdfc credit card bill on 23rd Feb 2017 from from ICICI Bank NetBanking through billdesk. My Transaction reference number is - HICI[protected]. But it is not credited. Please look into this. And today is February 26th February. It's maximum 3days required for credited the amount. My transaction amount is 5100. And the status is success.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am not able to complete transaction, I have a RuPay Syndicate bank debit card, Everytime I visit the bill desk it redirects be back saying transaction failed, where as no problems with my card before this. The cards works fine, has worked fine before too, and this is very inconvenient. I hope the issue will be resolved ASAP.
What is the cause for Secure Authentication failure?
I was trying to do an online payment for LIC via their portal which transfer me to billdesk secure site.
I have tried using different browser but that did not work.
I have cleared my cache but still no luck

Hope to get some help please.

    I tried to make a payment to submit an exam fee through Bill Desk from ICICI Netbanking which ends with a message "Due to some technical issue your transaction has been cancelled" but the same amount was deducted from my account. It happens two times, that cost me 406.00 + 406.00 rs.
    When i raise the concern to the ICICI they replied "Transaction has been completed from our end please contact the merchant to follow up on the same issue."

      BSNL bill paid for the amount of Rs 966.00 on 24/02/2017 through online payment from my ICICI bank saving account. amount has been debited from my account at the same time but payment shows pending on BSNL site. Kindly resolve urgently. The last date for BSNL bill payment is 28/02/2017.

        I have done payment from my ICICI a/c on[protected] but the amount has yet to be deposited to the biller (Biller). amount is debited from my bank but not credited to BSNLDEBITED FROM MY BANK BT NOT CREDITED TO BSNL. The icici transaction Id is [protected] and billdesk transaction id "FCDR[protected]". The Total amount disbursed from my account is Rs. 798.00 only . Kindly either arrange to deposit the bill amount to the biller immediately or refund to my bank account in icici

          I had paid my BSNL land line bill on 17 Feb 2017 at 15:54 hours for Rs.1838.00 through BillDesk with transaction ID No. [protected].

          The amount is deducted from my ICICI bank account. However the same has not been credited to BSNL. The payment is through Billdesk.

          I am still getting SMS from BSNL to pay the amount of Rs 1838.00 and the last date is 25 Feb 2017.

          Pl refund the same immediately as the amount is deducted from my bank account but you have not paid to BSNL.

          or Pay the amount immediately to BSNL immediately.

            Payment made from my SBI a/c on[protected] but the amount has yet to be deposited to the biller (WBSEDCL). The transaction Id is IGAAVQGJP4 . The Total amount disbursed from my account is Rs. 396.60 only . Kindly either arrange to deposit the bill amount to the biller immediately or refund the amount to my account with out further delay as I have to make alternative arrangement for payment of the bill.

                        I have done the recharge by using https://epayment.aircel.com/aircelonlinerecharge/ website for Rs.204/- (Aircel web exclusive recharge). During the recharge, I have chosen "BHARAT QR CODE" payment mode for paying the money. the amount of Rs. 204/- was credited from my bank account. But I got the reply
                        " Sorry we have not received your payment. Please click on below link after your payment done" from your website. I have clicked on the link but it was not working. Kindly take the necessary steps to refund the money at the earliest. Herewith, I enclosed payment details for your perusal.

                          I made online payment for bsnl bill of amount rs.772 on 22/02/2017. the bill amount has been deducted from my sbi account but not received by bsnl. the reference number of payment in my bank account is hsbi[protected]igaavnlvni.
                          Please resolve my problem so that i can recover my amount and be able to pay my bill before due date which is 28/02/2017 otherwise i have to pay late fine.

                              I paid electricity bill using the Bank of Baroda m-connect app. Money got debited though the bill hadn't been paid. Bank is showing the debited amount in my account while Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL)(Electricity board) says that the bill is unpaid. No money has been credited to their account. So I request you to look after this matter & come forward with the satisfactory solution. Attached payment Screenshot.

                                  Erroneously a dedit of Rs.6288/ meant for sbi card against their outstanding of Jan 2017 has been made vide transaction ID UB00023525 dt.09/02/2017.
                                  As usual I was clearing my sbi card dues through net banking. But this time instead of sbi card it has been credited in your account. Either Reversal or get credited in my sbi card account is requested

                                        I was trying to place an order online on 27th Jan, 2017 of Rs.715.81.The order did not get through but the payment went through. I Had done the payment on the billdesk gateway of pizza hut through Paytm.(Ref #HPT[protected])
                                        I spoke to Paytm, they said payment went through and it was not in their hand and i need to speak with Billdesk.

                                        On speaking with Bill desk, they said the amount has gone through their end and i will need to speak with Pizzahut.

                                        On speaking with Pizzahut, they said the amount will be refunded in 15 days.Its been almost a month now and i haven't received the amount back.
                                        When i call at Pizzahut they transfer to complaint department and they cut the call. Have really got fed up. My worst experience.Will never Use Billdesk. They called me and asked my email ID & Also deleted my complaint so i'm complaining for the 2nd time.
