We had paid our electricity bills and the division code has been changed and we have doped a mail to transfer the amount to the respective division and still it not done.
We have raised this issue and never got solution's.
Can any one help in solving the problem or else suggest me for the further action.
I have spoke to one of the billing in charge by name Hethashi and i have not got any response from their end.
i had paid the bill on 07/12/2016 and sent all the attached payed bills on 04 Jan 2017 & today its all ready 16th Jan 2017 still the issue has not been solved.

        I made an online payment of rs.6220 (Excluding service charges) on 11th january, 2017 using sbi net banking to pay college fees on the website mentioned below. I didn't get any receipt as the page continued to show (Your transaction is being processed). I assumed that the payment had failed and i made the same payment, this time with my sbi debit card but this time too, the same thing happened. Later i realized that the money has been deducted twice (Rs.12, 539 in total) but when contacted, the college authority told me that they received no payment.                 BSNL CELL NO [protected]. NET BANKING Recharge of Rs. 55 made through bill desk on 10/01/2012 around 10.15 a.m. Amount debited to my Andhra Bank Account
                [protected]. But receipt not generated. AND AMOUNT OF RS. 55 NOT CREDITED TO BSNL RECHARGE. PL CLARIFY.

                FURTHER I USE BILL DESK REGULARLY FOR PAYMENT Through Andhra Bank Credit Card, Visa Pay.

                Similarly last month my recharge of Rs 55 to my other phone [protected] has not been credited by BSNL so far. Pl provide full details. Sathyanarain .

                  I have paid the Citi credit card bill amount Rs. 7, 422 on 07th Jan 2017 through my ICICI saving bank account, the amount got deducted immediately from my bank account with transaction id[protected]confirmed by bank through SMS) but didn't reflect to credit card till now nor I have received any payment confirmation SMS from Billdesk or CITI bank.

                  can you locate the payment and pass it to CITI bank against my credit card number.

                      I have paid the credit card bill amountin Rs 36, 879.38 on 03 Nov 2016 through my S/B account in SBI Golibar Maidan Pune 411001 and the same was confirmed by SBI Customer care as successful on 04 Nov 2016 vide their SMS. Traction completion was flashed but I did not save it as the same is confirmed by e-mail. However the payment is not credited to my credit card. I lodged the complaint with HDFC bank Customer Care but they kept on harping on 14 digit transaction id. Payment not credited till date.

                          I have made an online recharge of Airtel prepaid number from Airtel.in on 29 Dec 2016 of Rs. 100 and I got the amount deducted from my account, but till now there is no balance came to my number. The message I got, stating the transaction ID as[protected], this is shown incorrect while checking online. My alternate contact number is [protected].
                          So, it would be great if you check it out as early as possible and let me know the status, with compensation and also let me know as why this thing happened because due to this I got a huge loss of self-respect, faithfulness and relationship. As may b the amount looks very small but the problem matter is very big.

                          So kindly respond as soon as possible.

                              On 2nd January I paid recharge for Aircel prepaid number - the money has been deducted from my account - for payment through Billdesk. The money Rs. 200 has been deducted from South Indian Bank but the recharge has not been done. I got a message on my computer screen saying Billdesk site was too slow to respond and hence the transaction seems to have not gone the way it should.

                                      I have recharged online for my mobile no.[protected] which is is under mumbai region of mtnl. While recharging it has been shown as delhi region of mtnl. Transaction id for mobile recharge is hcmp [protected] and for data pack transaction id is hcmp [protected]. I request you to refund my rs.200/-for mobile recharge and rs.99/- for data pack. Which has been shown and deposited in mtnl delhi.
