    I have paid rs 650 on 08/12/16 and again on 11/12/16 to air tel mobile company towards post paid bill through indian bank mobile app. mt account is debited by the bank. but so far air tel company not received the amount. Air tel company and indian bank both are not resolving the issue, air tel company is going on sending messges that bill is not paid late fee will be charged. i gave complaint to both .

        I have paid my sbi credit card bill from My HDFC bank account through Billdesk.The amount of 4500rs has been debited from My HDFC account bt still not credited to My SBI credit card its been 4days still its not credited if i check it with the reference number in online the page is not loading its showing "PLEASE WAIT" for more than 2hrs still not loading please address My problem its very important iam worried about late payment My cibil score and exactly My money plz do adress My pblm and resolve it or plz refund My money plz

          I made online payment through net banking o[censored]nion bank of india on 09/12/2016 to book a ticket o[censored]ttarakhand govt bus service through their official web - utconline.gov.in but during the online payment the amount was deducted but ticket not booked because of error in transaction. Shown error was: reasons: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries. Then i was again try for it but it again failed so my amount for it two times deducted. So please i am request to refund the amount please refund it earliest.

            I have booked trice for travel from dhulia to nagpur trice. The charges for ticket were debited to my account
            On 03.12.2016 as under : rs.900/- and rs.900/-
            And on 05.12.2016 rs.850/-

            For booking of my ticket from dhulia to nagpur as of 19.12.2016
            A/c has been debited by rs.900/- + rs.900 on 03.12.2016 and rs.850/- on 05.12.2016. But no ticket was booked but my a/c has been debited through bill dest.

            Pleade recredit my a/c at the earliest since i have been generating various transaction through bill desk and also to advise to do from bill desk.

            This is unfortunate and if i am not getting ticket booking i will be in trouble.

              Billdesk — Paytm wallet deducted, Order not placed

              On 11th December, 2016, I ordered Dominos Pizza and I made the payment through Paytm. The money was deducted from my Paytm wallet but the order did not get complete. I got a proper message for deduction of my amount from SBI Account to Paytm and then from Paytm wallet to Billdesk but then the order was not placed.

                Sir i bought steam cards amounting 150 rs and it was twice amount got deducted but transaction failed (PBE10002-Issuer or switch unavailable ) as error. my bank as deducted the said amount. Well the website where i used my debit card was Gamersgift.com Since my payment failed yet amount was deducted i would like to know how will i be refunded. Help request asap. thank you

                          I made a payment for MDI Gurgaon worth 2200 Rs, the payment amount was debited but got an error saying pme10007-invalid acquirer response.

                          Did not even get a transaction no. However the time stamp and other details which i received over sms are :
                          "Thank you for using Debit Card ending 2454 for Rs 2200.00 in MUMBAI at M D I GURGAON-BILLDESK on[protected] : 12:35:15"

                          This is pathetic, why did i get this error, how to handle this. Today is the last day for payment.

                                I had paid electricity bill for pspcl bill via jio money wallet via billdesk merchant, the payment gone from my wallet to merchant bt he did not make payment syucess even didnt reverse me back, please have a strict action on both jio wallet as well as billdesk coz i mailed to n-both for several time they didnt give me any response for my payment, the account number for which is did payment is [protected], [protected], [protected]. These are the 3 bill which i did pay from this, bt didnt got succesfull reciept. They both are fraud companies dont trust plz make a big charge on them i will support the issue via social media as well as regular media, i will definetly go consumer court if not given my payment
