          I have been looted by billdesk visabillpay - the charges are debited to my credit card for 2 monthly bills from mtnl but never credited to the biller resulting into phone disconnection.

          When i got my phone restored by paying to get phone restored, now the cheater company is showing my payments as proof of payment.

          Public be-aware, this is a cheater company and we need to unite together to expose this scam

                              Yesterday around 2.58 pm i have recharged my mobile number [protected] which is bsnl karnataka prepaid number, i recharged with 100 rs amount got deducted in my axis bank account and transaction id is inb/[protected]/bsnl no further info or message from your end.

                              Is that if customer dint turn back you will keep that money safe.

                              This seems to be some kind of fraud, basically when i recharge with paytym or some where immdeatly they will give response.

                              Now you might come back and say sorry sir it will be credited within next 15 day...?

                              I got call from one of your employee([protected]) in true caller its showing as Bank of Baroda and instead of referring the complaint and transaction id he is asking for the debit card number and expiry data...its just common sense...all the banks sends the messages to customer not to share these details

                              think for 100 rupees i cannot waste my time explaining you guys whts wrong with you guys...seems like some thing really wrong with bill desk

                                    Payment made to msedc bill, insipite of my official instruction 15 days in advance, not to make payment ; i was promised for refund but there is no committment from billdesk, when shall i get refund ; this is purely negligence and inefficiency by billdesk staff. The bill for month of sept.2016 was inr 1390 /-, even though electricity was not used, due to shifting to my new home at thane. I sent frequent reminders to billdesk about the same but they made the payment. This is ridiculous and they must refund the amount immediately.

                                      Not connect server, in amazon all stapes are done, only otp(bajaj finserv emi card) create than apply submit button and then show error. amazon custmer care n bajaj finserv custmer says (both) are says not our issues. all is write. so what can i do ? please give you regards hank u. ... please check proble and gave possitive reply.

                                      cesc bill was not payment through bill desk gateway. payment deducted from bank account but payment not successful. so please return our money into same account.

                                        An online purchase of rs.403/- placed at amazon.in on sep 9, 2016, payment made through icici net banking. Money got deducted from bank account. Wrote to both icici customer care and amazon customer care. Amazon says they have not received the fund from the bank. Bank says that the transaction was successful!!. Bank asks me to contact amazon and amazon says to contact icici.
                                        Meanwhile i have been given the following details
                                        By icici customer care, which i have no clue how it would help me:
                                        Payment id: [protected]; consumer code: amazon_gici[protected]
                                        Bill reference information: gici[protected].
                                        BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I made the online recharging of BSNL data plan 198 INR through Fednet, and the transction is under processing also the amount isdebited from my account unfrtunately i didnt get the data plan in my mobile [protected]
                                        so kindly do the needful as soon as possible
