      Amount deducted from my bank account in SBI has not been credited to BSNL in transaction done through Billdesk and internet banking.
      Despite repeatedly calling customer care on telephone nos [protected] or the tollfree no 1800****of SBI, complaint could not be lodged .
      The transaction was done on 14 Oct 2016. I was expecting reversal of amount debited to be credited to account but the same didn't happen even after 36 hrs.
      BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Yesterday around 2.58 pm i have recharged my mobile number [protected] which is bsnl karnataka prepaid number, i recharged with 100 rs amount got deducted in my axis bank account and transaction id is inb/[protected]/bsnl no further info or message from your end.

        Is that if customer dint turn back you will keep that money safe.

        This seems to be some kind of fraud, basically when i recharge with paytym or some where immdeatly they will give response.

        Now you might come back and say sorry sir it will be credited within next 15 day...?

        I got call from one of your employee([protected]) in true caller its showing as Bank of Baroda and instead of referring the complaint and transaction id he is asking for the debit card number and expiry data...its just common sense...all the banks sends the messages to customer not to share these details

        think for 100 rupees i cannot waste my time explaining you guys whts wrong with you guys...seems like some thing really wrong with bill desk

          I made a payment for my hdfc credit card bill through the bill desk payment gateway using yes bank net banking portal. The Amount is 12817.37 but the hdfc credit card merchant didnt receive the money. Please tell me the status of the transaction, whether the money is sent to the hdfc merchant or not. If not please refund my money.

            I was trying to make the minimum due amount of Rs5426 /- to early salary at final page it was shown an error but amount got debited from my saving Account which was from icici but the payment was unsuccessful but amount got debited from my account but merchent ( early salary ) stats that it was been claimed by them so again i made the transaction since i had to pay the due on the date so here request you to look into this & do the need...               Payment made to msedc bill, insipite of my official instruction 15 days in advance, not to make payment ; i was promised for refund but there is no committment from billdesk, when shall i get refund ; this is purely negligence and inefficiency by billdesk staff. The bill for month of sept.2016 was inr 1390 /-, even though electricity was not used, due to shifting to my new home at thane. I sent frequent reminders to billdesk about the same but they made the payment. This is ridiculous and they must refund the amount immediately.

                  An online purchase of rs.403/- placed at amazon.in on sep 9, 2016, payment made through icici net banking. Money got deducted from bank account. Wrote to both icici customer care and amazon customer care. Amazon says they have not received the fund from the bank. Bank says that the transaction was successful!!. Bank asks me to contact amazon and amazon says to contact icici.

                              Payment not processed. Ref HSBI[protected]. CITY Bank Credit card no.[protected]. Amount transferred Rs.25000 through SBI Ref IGOCUREBK8 on 01 Oct 2016. To put it briefly, I made the payment SBI online portal on 01 Oct 2016 & got the confirmation that an amount of Rs.25000 has been debited to my account. Subsequently, I received a message from Bill Desk stating that "payment could not be processed". When I checked with my bank account, this amount has not been credited either. Now my question is where is my money? Kindly resolve the issue as the amount involved is huge, as a senior citizen it is very huge. Awaiting an early response. Thanking u.

                                    I made online payment of my electricity Bill of JVVNL through Billdesk on 05/09/2016. the transaction was confirmed by an email of the same date and Receipt No.[protected] was give, but till date this amount is not reflected in my account.

                                    There was some error during the payment and i can see the money got debited.
                                    Help me out when will my money get credited back.
                                    I have paid for an item at ebay from my paytm wallet. As soon as the money has paid from my wallet an error page showed up. My transaction has failed but money has gone. So please be quick and resolve my problem. I will be greatful to you.
