I would like to inform that I have made an transaction (HSBI[protected]) through billdesk dated on 3.10.2016 for my credit card payments.

But in between my due date of payment is 4.10.16. ...On due date 4.10.16 the amount automatic deducted from my HDFC saving account.
So its my humble request to you that please cancel that transaction and refund my amount in my account.

        I tried to pay telephone bill through Bill Desk on 03.10.2016, a sum of Rs.1286.00 has been deducted against telephone Bill No.[protected] dated 10.9.2016 of my telephone No.[protected] but the process was not completed satisfactorily and payment receipt was not received. Message was also not received on the mobile bill. kindly look into the matter and arrange to either return the amount or send payment receipt.

            Payment not processed. Ref HSBI[protected]. CITY Bank Credit card no.[protected]. Amount transferred Rs.25000 through SBI Ref IGOCUREBK8 on 01 Oct 2016. To put it briefly, I made the payment SBI online portal on 01 Oct 2016 & got the confirmation that an amount of Rs.25000 has been debited to my account. Subsequently, I received a message from Bill Desk stating that "payment could not be processed". When I checked with my bank account, this amount has not been credited either. Now my question is where is my money? Kindly resolve the issue as the amount involved is huge, as a senior citizen it is very huge. Awaiting an early response. Thanking u.

                        Bill desk website not opening on my mobile since last 3-4 days. I am using moto g3 handset. When I choose payment option for payment after few seconds message come that could not load the page check internet connection. Initially it was working for other payments.
