I tried to recharge my bsnl prepaid no. [protected] on 21 sept and 22 sept 2016 for rs 201 and rs 135 respectively through your payment gateway. money was deducted on both the occasions but transactions were unsuccessful and recharge didn't materialize. ref no. for 21/09/2016 is ig0ctbqlt1 rs 201/- and for 22/09/2016 for rs 135/- is ig0ctchtq7.
Kindly return the money in my account.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have made online electricity bill payment of Rs.3270/- for my bill of August, 2016 through BillDesk to CESC on 16/09/2016 by my SBI debit/visa Card. Though the required amount of Rs.3270/- has been debited from my account through such transaction from the said gateway's end, CESC is not showing the receipt of the said amount.Confirm the payment.

      I booked cat form 2016. I made the payment and money got deducted but the same didn't reflect in cat account. So i had to pay the cat form once more.

However, the credit is not shown on the mobile and MTNL confirmed that they have not received the payment till 12.30 after noon on 21.9.2016. Please check and advise me.

                Sir I made two online payment from my sbt saving account no.[protected] for paying my two electricity bill amount Rs. 625 & 4355 at 12 Sep 2016. After making payment transaction completed successfuly and my account debited same amount but DHBVN site show my bill still pending and not genrated my receipt for bill amount. So when i make a complaint on DHBVN website there is need Transaction ID which I could not note down or printout the transaction detail. so please provide me the transaction id for those transaction.

                  My account got debited but the ticket was not booked.
                  The amount was not returned back yet.
                  Kindly do the needful.

                      I was trying to make a payment of my hdfc credit card through bill desk, the money got deducted but i wasn't routed to the page where i get the transaction id and all which confirms that they payment has been made. After i hit pay, the page didn't route from standard chartered bank to the payment confirmed page, but the amount got deducted. Please, resolve this as soon as possible. I waited till yesterday night 9.9.2016 whether it will get processed and gets updated .but it's of no value.so in order to make exam centre choice I made payment again rs 1015 through debit card and it got immediately processed and payment done successfully.but still my Internet banking amt 1017.10 rs not refunded yet .INB REFERENCE NO for my payment rs1017 via net banking is[protected].kindly look into my issue and refund the amount 1017 at the earliest.thank you.
