    Sir I made two online payment from my sbt saving account no.[protected] for paying my two electricity bill amount Rs. 625 & 4355 at 12 Sep 2016. After making payment transaction completed successfuly and my account debited same amount but DHBVN site show my bill still pending and not genrated my receipt for bill amount. So when i make a complaint on DHBVN website there is need Transaction ID which I could not note down or printout the transaction detail. so please provide me the transaction id for those transaction.

      On 13/09/2016, I booked a ticket in SETC website from Marthandam to Coimbatore for amount Rs.393 with Ref no: GSBI[protected]IG0CRWMJO5 in SBI.

      My account got debited but the ticket was not booked.
      The amount was not returned back yet.
      Kindly do the needful.
      I tried calling SETC customer care but no response from them.The number is always busy.

          I was trying to make a payment of my hdfc credit card through bill desk, the money got deducted but i wasn't routed to the page where i get the transaction id and all which confirms that they payment has been made. After i hit pay, the page didn't route from standard chartered bank to the payment confirmed page, but the amount got deducted. Please, resolve this as soon as possible. That is the first time incident I faced

                                I have submitted the electricity bill on 7 september 2016, on account of them and thereby the ammount is debited but bill is still pending, then again I deposite bill by bill desk on mpcz website and again debited the ammount from my account but bill is still pending on mpcz website. the transaction details is follows as:

                                        I have received payment status as "pbe10002-invalid card status" as i was trying to pay my domestic gas supply bill.

                                        Kindly let me know if it is done or not.

                                        BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        On 28th of this month, i paid my land line [protected] bill for rs.748 through net banking and the amount was deducted from my account. But I had not received any message from bsnl sevice or Bill desk.
                                        Please clarify me as early as possible.
                                        How can get back my money if not the bill paid.
                                        I order shoes on 04 sep 2016 from yepme.com but due to some problem order is not confirmed but the amount is dected from my account.I attached a photo of deducted payment from paytm account.Please take some action urgent basis
