I recharged my mobile phone (Bsnl prepaid, himachal pradesh) today august 10 using sbi buddy. However i put in a wrong mobile number. The mobile number was : [protected]. The correct number should have been [protected]. I subsequently recharged with the correct number. I will appreciate if you could credit my sbi-buddy account for rs. 160. Thnak you.

        I paid for my ojee form 1000 rupees through bildesk by sbi debit card on 23/07/2016. My balance is deducted from my account but the page was not updated. After that i paid again and that was successfull. But my previous transaction is not completed.

            After payment the electric bill using axis bank netbanking through billdesk gateway my bill amount 1190.00/- was deducted and after that while returning to the cesc website from billdesk there was an window pop-up with message
            "we regret that it will not be possible to generate the payment receipt at this stage if we do not receive the payment confirmation from the payment gateway." and the amount was deducted from my bank account.

            Till now neither my deducted amount is credited nor my bill is paid. I called several times at customer care no but there was no reply. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

              I paid rs20000/- online to confirm my admission in gujarat through acpc, but my transaction got canclled. 20000/- are deducted from my bank account but not refunded.
              Suddenly a message occur that your transaction has been cancelled but money got deducted from my bank account.
              Acpc is a comittee that manages the admission process in gujarat.
              Please refund my money back as soon as possible. Please reply to my complaint immediately...

                    This is to inform you that while trying to pay my kolkata municipal corporation (kmc) property tax online, the amount got deducted from my credit card but this did not get credited to kmc a/c due to failure in online transaction. i have checked kmc website and it is still showing the amount as unpaid. even i enquired with my bank and they confirmed that they have released the amount from their end. please see the details below.

                    Request you to investigate from your end and let me know what action has to be taken from my end.

                                I had processed credit card payment for Standard charted card
                                of rupees 16158.70 my from HDFC online account.

                                Amount is debited from my account but transaction status shows error.

                                  I have made a payment through billdesk. I got a message of payment failure.
                                  I had to make a payment to merchant since that was last day Hence I have made another payment to merchant via another payment gateway and payment got successful.
                                  Since the first payment was failed, I should get that money back to my account nut I didn't get.
                                  I emailed several times to billdesk but didn't get proper response. at the and they replied that your money has been credited to merchant.

                                  How my money can be credited to merchant if you told payment failed? That amount should be reverted back to me.
                                  And if the money can be successfully credited to merchant, how can you show it as payment failed?

                                  I need my money back.

                                      I paid 10000 inr through your web site for ceek (common entrance exam allotment run by kerala government)

                                      Your site did not respond after i completed the payment.

                                      I have lost 10000 inr due to the above issue.

                                      I am frustrated to see that there are 1500 + complaints against your site.
                                      Even your home page does not load.

                                      Stringent legal action needs to be taken or such poor services and putting all people to trouble.

                                      Let me know if you need any other details about thus transaction in order to intiate further action. i am ready to proivde all support in order to stop such unstable web sited handling critical financial transactions
