Money was deducted from my paytm wallet for dominos but order failed .
the amount was 533 . It shows in the wallet statement that money is paid to billdesk. I contacted dominos and they told to contact paytm.Ii contacted paytm they told to contact dominos .I dont know what to do . Please help me to get my money back

On 19th August, I ordered Domino's Pizza online. I paid Rs.400 online via Paytm Wallet.
Amount was deducted from Paytm Wallet but did not reflected in Dominos.
It got stuck at bill desk.
I had to pay cash on delivery.

    I, sachdev bindra with account number [protected] was billed with rs910 on 10.8.16 and has paid the bill twice from my axis bank networking on 12.8.16 with ref inb/[protected] with pnr number :guti[protected] and again on17.8.2016 with ref number inb/[protected] with pnr number:guti[protected] with billdesk gateway but none of my payments have been credited by you yet.
    I hv already mailed to billdesk but no reply. As per bank both the transactions are successful and pnr number has been generated.
    Kindly credit the same or refund my money.

        I made a payment of rs. 1550 through billdesk bpc through icici netbanking towards cesc for electricity bill payment on 14.08.2016. The transaction id for the same is:- [protected].
        However, cesc has stated that they have not received any payment. Hence i would like to know the status of the transaction on this account.

        I would expect a prompt response as billdesk being known for its high standards for being a platform for online bill payment does not call for such neglient actions.

            I am to state the an amount of rs.150/- was deducted from my
            Account vide transaction no. Billdesk gybk[protected] amazon on 12/8/16 at 14:54:18 from my yes bank a/c. But, amazon has confirmed me that they have not received the amount and as such cancelled the product.
            As per their version, the amount is stuck in the payment gateway.
            Please confirm and reverse the payment made to my account at the
            Earliest.
            And for the act of which i shall be greatful to you.

But when i check to bsnl portal my bill payment status shows "pending". Please do the needful as soon as possible and make payment successfull.

                        I recharged my mobile phone (Bsnl prepaid, himachal pradesh) today august 10 using sbi buddy. However i put in a wrong mobile number. The mobile number was : [protected]. The correct number should have been [protected]. I subsequently recharged with the correct number. I will appreciate if you could credit my sbi-buddy account for rs. 160. Thnak you.

                                  After payment the electric bill using axis bank netbanking through billdesk gateway my bill amount 1190.00/- was deducted and after that while returning to the cesc website from billdesk there was an window pop-up with message
                                  "we regret that it will not be possible to generate the payment receipt at this stage if we do not receive the payment confirmation from the payment gateway." and the amount was deducted from my bank account.

                                  Till now neither my deducted amount is credited nor my bill is paid. I called several times at customer care no but there was no reply. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                    I paid rs20000/- online to confirm my admission in gujarat through acpc, but my transaction got canclled. 20000/- are deducted from my bank account but not refunded.
                                    Suddenly a message occur that your transaction has been cancelled but money got deducted from my bank account.
                                    Acpc is a comittee that manages the admission process in gujarat.
                                    Please refund my money back as soon as possible. Please reply to my complaint immediately...
