Hi team,

This is to inform you that while trying to pay my kolkata municipal corporation (kmc) property tax online, the amount got deducted from my credit card but this did not get credited to kmc a/c due to failure in online transaction. i have checked kmc website and it is still showing the amount as unpaid. even i enquired with my bank and they confirmed that they have released the amount from their end. please see the details below.

Request you to investigate from your end and let me know what action has to be taken from my end.

Date of transaction: 30-july-2015 (transaction time between 1.45 pm and 1:55 pm)

      I'm recharging my aircel number through bill desk. But my recharge is not successfully and the amount was debited to my account. So Refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.         Via HDFC Bill desk I have made online payment through SBBJ of Rs.7110 but despite being successful it is showing pending. SBBJ has already sent successful transaction message with ref.no. IGOCLJXKT8. Bill desk ref. no.is GSBJ[protected].

                I have made a payment through billdesk. I got a message of payment failure.
                I had to make a payment to merchant since that was last day Hence I have made another payment to merchant via another payment gateway and payment got successful.
                Since the first payment was failed, I should get that money back to my account nut I didn't get.
                I emailed several times to billdesk but didn't get proper response. at the and they replied that your money has been credited to merchant.

                How my money can be credited to merchant if you told payment failed? That amount should be reverted back to me.
                And if the money can be successfully credited to merchant, how can you show it as payment failed?

                I need my money back.

                    I paid 10000 inr through your web site for ceek (common entrance exam allotment run by kerala government)

                    Your site did not respond after i completed the payment.

                    I have lost 10000 inr due to the above issue.

                    I am frustrated to see that there are 1500 + complaints against your site.
                    Even your home page does not load.

                    Stringent legal action needs to be taken or such poor services and putting all people to trouble.
