Hi Bill Desk,

I Rishabh Singh attempted to book airline tickets for myself & my family members (total 7 pax) on vistara airlines website today. The transaction was completed at the end, however the ticket itinerary was not generated and sent to me. When checked with Airlines they said payment is pending and is stuck at Bill Desk or Bank. I have confirmed from bank that amount is credited to Bill Desk. Below are all transaction...

I did a transaction on NPS payment worth 1000 rupees om date 01.04.2023 but the transaction failed and i got acknowledgement receipt from NPS website about the same. But my axis bank account got debit.

Kindly provide the refund as the money lies with bill desk gateway. The acknowledgement copy is provided as an attachment below.

I was making a contribution of 24 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (Mar 31, 2023) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited to my NPS account.

I'm trying to apply for upcoming inicet exam 2023. My money has been deducted twice from my account, 3200rs twice, not yet refunded. First one was made on 26.3.23 . Second transaction on 28.3.23. No refund yet. Kindly look into this issue. Because of this im unable to apply for exams. Pls rectify it.

After filling form of wbcs 2023 when I tried to make payment my exam fee of rs 210 after transactions wbpsc page showed ‘sorry please try again’ so I tried 4times and 4times deducted my money 210*4=840 please refund my extra money...

I fill up a form in wbpsc website of 210 rupees in three times money debited from my account but form fill up not done. I request please update my form fill up status or back my money...

After filling form of WBCS (EXECUTIVE) 2023. When I tried pay my exam fees rs 211.89, after transaction PSCWB page showed " Sorry! Please Try Again", . So I tried 3 times, And 3 times deducted my money. Total 211.89*3=635.67 Rs. Please Refund my extra Rs.423.78 And updated my form that paid....
