      My Name is Gajraj and i pay my HDFC bank credit card xxxx9388 of 19652 rupees on 9th june 2023 morning 8:20 am. But bharat billdesk have not credited my payement yet in my card and also my card is overdue and i get a penalty of 950rupees. And no mail and and contact support are available of billdesk. Its too late to credit in my card account
      No response from billdesk as i query to their website.

                  My service number is[protected]. I paid bill on May 14th 2023 with transaction number HGA9P06B[protected]. The same bill amount got auto debited from my bank application on May 17th 2023 with transaction number HGA9P1615E[protected]. Which is duplicate of the same bill. So I would like to request to refund the second transaction amount as soon as possible.

                        I want to download my e-PAN card from UTIITSL, the only payment gateway is BillDesk. Whenever I try to pay for my e-PAN (8rs), it shows this error:

                        Your request could not be processed. This could be due to incorrect values input for authorisation. Please try again. :-

                        Why? Please solve this issue. I urgently need my e-PAN card.
