Sir,
I manish kumar s/o sh. Surinder nath has paid electric bill to pspcl punjab for rs.1270 dt 02.07.20 by bill desk having pspcl account no.[protected] name of surinder nath by sbi netbanking. The payment has shown successful status on 02.07.20 but not credited in state electricity account. Later on the bill desk has refunded rs.1270 after 2 days in my saving account. I have come to know this fact today 29.08.20 when punjab electricity corporation has demanded this amount with fine. I have faced much inconvenience & paid fine therein due to their negligence. Kindly compensate me due to the negligence of the company. I am also sending required screen shot of my saving account attachment for your reference.

Company has not contacted me by any means of communication.No email or phone has been received till date.The company is showing Resolved Status is a matter of joking & not so real far.I request you to tell me how company has resolved my issue ? The company has cancelled my transaction after 2 days without any information as I had much money in my bank account at that time then on what ground the company failed my transaction.Kindly compensate me as I faced much harassment & monetary fine in this respect.

    I've made payment for cat application but the status of payment displaying failed even though money got debited from my account.

    So here it's successful but whereas in portal it is displaying failed.

      Same happened in my case. When did you get the refund?
      Same happened to me also. Please reply if resolved.
      Same for me amount got deducted but form is not submitted as showing payment failed

        I pay my kendriya vidyalaya sangathan fees from union fee pay through upi id by paytm upi id [protected]@paytm
        The amount of rs 3680 is deducted from my account but my fees is not payed.
        I pay my fees on 28 august 2020 at 08:07 pm. Kindly resolve my issue. The customer care o[censored]nion bank of india do not provide any help to me. They don't know about kvs fee payment through union fee pay. They said we only resolve issue regarding union bank. But i have done payment through union fee pay through google pay upi id of state bank of india

              I had process the online payment for hdfc home loan portal but amount 3540 has been debited from my bank account UPI on 26Aug20 Ref No[protected] but got the error massage "Reason: Sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later." from the page of billdesk.com.

                I paid rs. 50000 + taxes = rs 50059.71 via billdesk payment gateway on 26-aug -2020 at 11:58 am. The amount got debited from icici bank, but got error with the billdesk acknowledgement where it takes back to the nps portal.

                Sms from icici bank came for the debit of the amount

                  I did a transaction on suda.jharkhand.gov.in side for paying my holding tax for rs 2792.80. My SBI account debited but transaction failed. Transaction was done on 20th august 2020. Money still not refunded.

                            I have done Yes my Loan emi payment the through yes bank website redirected to Billdesk platform of RS.52052/- at around 12:07am on 24th August 2020 the after successful payment page suddenly found error and couldn't process further after long wait as well.                                     On 21 aug 2020 i made online fee payment for jharkhand combined (Jceceb-2020) exam of paramedical registration id - 1508864 registration of rs.450/- (Including charges) through my boi debit card. My transaction was failed with error "reasons: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account. But the hard copy of filled application form was unable to print. And after login for several times the payment option window is open again and again to make payment and i am unable to print hard copy of application form so what should i do now?.
