I have made a payment through paytm to a order in KFC. the paytm shows that the payment has been successfully made to billdesk but order did not take place. how do i get back the money? order id is -NPT[protected]
I have recharged RS.149/-on jio no-[protected] vide Bill desk -NCNB[protected] through Canara bank net banking . transaction was successful and transaction no-[protected] generated but plan is activated till now.
