    I paid property tax through my credit card (Citibank) on the 28th may 2016 - 8pm.

    The bbmp application numbers are :

    Both the times i immediately got confirmation from my cc that the payment had been processed succesfully - however, the landing page for billdesk after the payment gave me an error - saying site cannot be reached.
    Please either give me confirmation that the payment was processed or else reverse the transation.

      "your authentication could not be completed because of a system error. If this happens consistently, please contract your CSR.
      Please advise what I do?

        I know i will not get my money back but these are criminals.

          On 10May2016, I tried to recharge my tatasky account using billdesk billpay. The credit card payment was successful and my citibank card was credited with INR420/-. Then Billdesk sent me the following email:

          Payment Amount (Rs Ps): 420.00
          Payment Date: 10th May 2016

          We request that you please make the payment directly to the Recharge Company.

          Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any assistance that you may require.

          I waited till 12May16 for Billdesk to reverse the money credited to my citibank credit card. When that did not happen, I wrote an email to the address provided in the recharge failure intimation.

          I got a reply on 16May16 saying:
          [protected]start of quotation
          As confirmed with the biller, reversal for this payment has been initiated and you should receive it within the next 5-7 working days.
          [protected][protected]end of quote

          When the amount was not reversed till 23May16, I sent another query, for which I got a response on 24May16 stating that:

          As confirmed with the concerned department, we request you to kindly forward us the scanned copy of your bank statement from the date of transaction - till date showing the non-refund of the amount so that the same can be forwarded to the concerned department.

          I do not want to share my transaction details with anyone. That is my private info. I will not share it with anybody.

          When the recharge transaction with Tatasky failed, my money is with Billdesk. They are just twisting my arms to avoid paying it back to me.

          I just want my money back. I will never again use Billdesk Billpay. I do not trust them any more.

            I made a payment of rs. 613.74 for probationary officer for sbi entrance test.
            Payment got debited and i am still getting no payment record found nor i have got receipt or application for this transaction.
            Deadline for forms are 24th may, so i again made the payment by using debit card mode and this time the payment is successful. But the problem is that i got debited twice.
            Kindly reverse the amount of first transaction via netbanking.

                      1. I made a bill payment of electricity bill amounting to Rs 6000/- to Tata Power DDL, Delhi yesterday (on[protected] using my Andhra Bank Credit card through BILLDESK payment channel.
                      2. The payment was made vide transaction ID FCMP[protected] on[protected] at 22.30 Hrs.
                      3. However, the amount deducted from credit card was Rs 6253.32 p in place of Rs 6000/- as per the following message received by me :-
                      “ A transaction of Rs. 6253.32 has been done using your Andhra Bank Credit Card 4XXX3337 at NDPL-BILLDESK MUMBAI IN on 17-MAY-16 - 22:18:13 ”.
                      4. Accordingly, Rs 53.32 p were deducted extra from my credit card payment.
                      5. You are therefore requested to look into this extra charge deducted from my credit card and get the same credited to my credit card account.
                      6. In this connection, I may add that I have been regularly making is is the first online payments and at no time extra charge has been deducted. This is the first time ever that extra charge has been deducted with which I am dis-satisfied with BILLDESK pay-channel.
                      Hoping for early redressal of my complaint and refund of this amount to my credit card account.

                        I, kunal chakraborty, filled up an online form of psc (www.psconline.gov.In) on 17th of may, 2016. When i was redirected to the payment gateway, which was powered by billdesk, i had chosen the debit card option of state bank of india. After entering the details, when i proceeded to make the final payment of rs. 215.73, it showed unsuccessful transaction so tried once more but once again it showed unsuccessful transaction. But when i checked my bank account balance, its showing debit of rs. 215.73 two times., i. E, rs. 215.73+ rs. 215.73.

                        I hereby request to the concerned authority to refund my 'hard earned' money back to me as soon as possible.
