I payed my tneb electricity bill from my google pay account. The money was debited from my account and even after 3 days my bill is still unpaid and it shows waiting for confirmation in google pay.

    I made a payment to lic premium on 10th aug 2019 through billdesk option. The amount was deducted from icici bank, after the bank transaction went successful, the billdesk transaction failed and the amount was neither credited to lic nor credited back to icici. I have already sent an email to billdesk on this issue with the screenshot and have not received a responde yet. Merchant transaction number: 9813755
    BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I recharge my Sun direct DTH service through google pay but recharge is not processed yet but money is deducted

      Today i have made a transaction to register in degree online services, telangana (Dost) with amount of 1400 around 12'o clock.
      Amount deducted from my account and for that amount i didn't get any information, so again i have paid 1400 to register but my first transaction was failed with deducted amount of 1400.
      So please check the details of my first transaction and made refund my amount as soon as possible..

Jabalpur for ivrs [protected] but i did not get the reciept for the same but the same amount has a debit in my savings account of pnb.           I have done my payment of mseb from google pay upi service on 19th june, 2019 payment of rs 920 is not credit to beneficiary account but debited to my account. Please help on clear my money. It is very frustrating nobody is seeing accountable for this. Bank says we are successfully done the transaction. Mseb says we do not receive the money. I don't know what to do, i feel very harrassed.

          I used billdesk payment option while paying in NPS account of RS. 5000. However, money has been debited from my savings account via internet banking but transaction failed due to unavoidable circumstances. The refund of RS.5000 is necessary and needs to credited back to my account. Early action is awaited.

            I have done my payment of reliance nippon from google pay upi service on 2nd august, payment of rs 9906 is not credit to beneficiary account but debited to my account and last date of premium is 12 august. Please help on clear my money. It is very frustrating nobody is seeing accountable for this. Bank says we are successfully done the transaction. Reliance says we do not receive the money. I don't know what to do, i feel very harrassed.

              I had paid Rs 100000 towards my hdfc credit card bill via billdesk on 5th august but it has not credited to my card account wheras money has been deducted from my savings account.The reference no is QSBI[protected]IGAGSVIGX0.

                I made an online transaction of rs 1648.44 on august 06, 2019 at 14:13 hrs transaction id : [protected] through icici net banking to kredit bee. The amount has been debited from my bank account but has not been credited yet to kredit bee. The amount is stuck somewhere in the bill desk payment gateway. The amount deducted was for my loan repayment and now when my amount has been deducted kredit bee is continuosly sending me message for the loan repayment which i have done before the due date but bill desk is responsible for such errors due to which the beneficiary account has not been credited.

                    I would like to inform you that i had making a online payment ₹51726 to pay my lic policy premium at https://ebiz.licindia.in with internet banking, the transaction was successful at the bank end, with the amount deducted from my account, however i got a jsp error https://www.billdesk.com/pgidsk/pgijsp/error1.jsp and the transaction was stuck.in lic the paymnet is not received.

                    The transaction was done at 10.12 pm on 4th aug 2019.

                    Kindly check and let me know how the payment will be reverted back? Whether it will be credited in my bank account or paid to the lic directly.

                        I had done the payment of rupees 1000 at nptel, registering myself for ethical hacking course from nptel. The payment has failed when i'm doing the transaction, but the amount of rupees 1000 has been deducted from my account. What about my refund??

                              I have done a payment via billdkstatebankcolle for updeled (Btc) seat allotment fee an amount of rs. 10, 017.70. I have paid by hdfc netbanking and the narration is qhdf[protected]-billdkstatebankcolle and reference no. Is[protected] on 02 august 2019. The above amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction was not done. It did not collect on source also. Updeled website is still asking me the payment for seat allotment.

                              Please provide me the status and action immediately.

                                I made this transaction to pay vodafone bill and got following message from icici bank which includes transaction number.

                                You have made an online payment of inr 900.0 with transaction id [protected] towards payee bill desk from your account xxxxxxxx5181 on aug, 01, 2019 at 18:33 hours.

                                After money deduction bill desk website came back with
                                Reason: sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later.

                                Pl. Note money was deducted with priority pl. Resolve this issue.

                                  I have just water bill with the link which provided by you, i have done the payment threw bill desk with my debit card, but after payment done i am not received any slip, message or mail for payment done confirmation.

                                  After submitted the bill desk page with fill up all required details... Just redirected to the rajasthan.gov.in page...

                                      transaction failed but amount deducted from my account

                                      On 30th, i made a payment to my school hostel of rs. 7500. I got a message saying amount is debited from your icici bank account but then a page opened on the same tab of the browser saying my transaction has failed. Please refund my amount. My account number of icici is [i am asked not to post it so i can't] and it is a savings account. Please solve my issue....
