मेरे द्वारा मेघना गवली कि oct to dec की फीस केन्द्रीय विद्यालय कि upi code स्कैन करके जमा की गई किन्तु फीस जमा नहीं हुई है

I paid the fees of IBPS PO through UPI via paytm but the payment was not successful and not received by IBPS.
I want my refund.
I attached the payment receipt.
