Billdesk — payment got error | |||
Hello bill desk team, I want to raise a concern regarding the amount of rs 5000 paid via bill desk on 06th mar'19 at about 10:30 pm to 11:00 pm to clear rbl bank credit card bill. Though the amount is debited from icici bank saving account but transaction showing an error and it was not credited to rbl bank credit card. Could you please check about this as it is already confirmed from icici bank and they told me that transaction is succesful at their end On the other hand, i am also in touch with rbl bank to check the same.
