I made a payment of rs 13 (Upi transaction id[protected], google transaction id cicagkdukzxifq) and rs 66 (Upi transaction id[protected], google transaction id cicagkdu0eqgbw) for spotify premium on the date 15 jan 2020. It has not been forwarded to spotify yet. Please look into it. If its not possible please give me refund as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi, I made a payment of INR 199.00 for a month of Spotify family premium via UPI payment, which was charged by some Indiaideas and payment was completed/successful. I was charged through my bank account on 10.03.21. To my surprise I wasn’t upgraded to Spotify Premium and it has been 2 days now I'm still waiting for the same. Would appricate it if you resolve this. Thank you!
